Արթուր Կարապետյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է. Երեկ տեղի ունեցավ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանի կազմակերպած քաղաքացիական ժողովը, որին մոտ 150 մարդ էր մասնակցում: Ժողովի ընթացքում Ր. Հովհաննիսյանը հայտնեց մի շարք խնդիրների վերաբերյալ իր տեսակետները: Այդ ակցիան որպես պայքարի միջոց կարելի է հասկանալ, բայց անհասկանալի է մնում, թե ինչ ակնկալիքներ ուներ «Ժառանգությունը» և դրանց ո՞ր մասն իրականացավ: Ինչի՞ են հանգեցնելու այդ լոկալ ժողովները, որպիսիք այսօր տեղի են ունենալու նաև Վանաձորում ու Գյումրիում:

Այս առումով, եռյակի գործունեության հեռանկարներն աստիճանաբար դառնում են մշուշոտ: Քանի որ երեք քաղաքական ուժերի նպատակները թեև նույնն են (ըստ իրենց հայտարարությունների), սակայն նրանց պայքարի միջոցներն ու եղանակները սկսել են կրել սեպարատ բնույթ:

Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը փորձում է քաղաքացիական ժողովներ կազմակերպելով իր մասին հիշեցնել, ԲՀԿ-ն հանդիպումներ է ունենում տարբեր քաղաքական ու հասարակական կառույցների հետ, համագործակցություն հաստատում: Ու թեև դա տեղի է ունենում Համաժողովրդական շարժման անունից, բայց միևնույն է, կենտրոնում գործնականում ԲՀԿ-ն է կանգնած: Իսկ ՀԱԿ-ը, թեև կողմնակից էր հանրահավաքային պայքարի, բայց հասկանալով, որ դա կարող է սպասված արդյունք չտալ ու թուլացնել իր դիրքերը, առայժմ սպասում է ու բավարարվում խորհրդարանական ակտիվությամբ:
Ազատամարտիկների դաշինքն էլ իր հերթին էր հայտարարել, որ իրենք կտրուկ քայլեր են ակնկալում:

Այսինքն` այն միասնականությունը, որ նկատվում էր եռյակի գործունեության սկզբում, գոնե կոնսենսուսային որոշումների ու գործնական քայլերի մասով, այլևս չի նկատվում ու եռյակի յուրաքանչյուր անդամ կիրառում է այն գործիքը, որին լավագույնս տիրապետում է:

Հետաքրքրական է նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ եռյակի քաղաքական ուժերի լիդերների միջև ոչ այնքան առերևույթ, բայց պայքար է ընթանում եռյակում առաջինը դառնալու համար: Թեև, Ր. Հովհաննիսյանի մասով պետք է նշել, որ նա այդպիսի հավակնություններ չունի` հաշվի առնելով իր դիրքերի համեմատաբար թույլ լինելը: Իսկ ահա ԲՀԿ առաջնորդի մասով շատ հաճախակի են հնչում տեսակետներ, որ նա Համաժողովրդական շարժման առաջնորդն է: Այսօր էլ լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում ՀԱԿ-ին հարող Ազատամարտիկների դաշինքի վարչության անդամ Ռազմիկ Պետրոսյանը Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանին էր համարել քաղաքական առաջնորդ:

Այսպիսով` եռյակում ընթացող ներքին գործընթացներն ու եռյակի անդամների` որոշ քաղաքական ակտեր մի կողմից նվազեցնում են ոչ իշխանական ուժերի համախմբվածությունը, մյուս կողմից առաջ են բերում ներքին մրցակցություն:
