Վերջերս մենք տեղեկացրել էինք, որ դա տ ա խ ա զու թյու ն ո ւ մ ծ ա ն ր մթնոլորտ է: Ի մասնավորի՝ նորանշանակ գլխավոր դատախազը աջուձախ կարգապահական տույժեր է տալիս, ընդ որում՝ համակարգի համար աննախադեպ քանակով՝ ընդհուպ ամե նաչն չին պատ ճ ա ռ ո վ : Մյուս կողմից՝ Աննա Վարդապետյանը իսկական «կոտորած» է սկսել. նա աշխատանքից ազատում է «ոչ յու ր ա յին ն ե րին», հատ կ ա պ ե ս նրանց, որոնց համ արում է «արթուրդավ թյա ն ա կան ն ե ր » , ա ռ ա ն ց հիմնավորումների կատարում է տեղափոխություններ, որոնց մասին տեղափոխվողները հաճախ իմանում են միայն հրամանը ստորագրելուց հետո: Վերջապես նշել էինք, որ ներքին մեծ դժգոհություն կա, և մի շարք դատախազներ պատրաստվում են համակարգից հեռանալ:

Նախօրեին հայտնի դարձավ, որ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Գևորգ Բաղ դ ա ս ա րյա նը, Կո տայ ք ի մարզի դատախազ Պետրոս Պետրոսյանը, դատախազ Արսեն Մարտիրոսյանը հրաժարականի դիմում են ներկայացրել։ Դժվար է ասել՝ որքանով է սա կապ ված վե ր ը ն շ վ ա ծ խնդիրների հետ, սակայն հատկանշական է, որ հիշյալ դատախազներն առավել աչքի են ընկել հանրային տիրույթում մեծ աղմուկ հանած քաղ ա ք ա կան գոր ծ ե ր ո վ ։ Ն շ ե ն ք , ո ր Բաղ դ ա ս ա րյա նը և Պետ րոսյա ն ը երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գործով, իսկ Մարտիրոսյանը՝ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի գործով մեղադրող դատախազներն են։

Փաստացի ստացվում է, որ գրեթե միաժ ամ անակ պաշ տ ո ն ի ց ազատման դիմումներ ներկայացրել են ՀՀ երկրորդ և երրորդ նախագահների գործերով ներգրավված դատախազները։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, հենց այս հանգամանքով պայմանավորված էլ նշյալ ազատումները մեծ հնչեղություն ստացան: Սակայն, ինչպես ասում են, նրանք «մենակ չեն»: Մեր աղ բյուրների փոխանցմամբ, «լռության քողի» տակ մի քանի նոր ազատումներ են եղել, իսկ առաջիկա օրերին առնվազն մեկ մարզային դատախազ ու մարզային մի քանի դատախազի տեղակալներ ևս պատրաստվում են հրաժարականի դիմում ներկայացնել։ Ի դեպ, կան նաև տեղեկություններ, որ դժվարություն է հարուցում գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ նշանակելը. դատախազության մեր աղբյուրները նշում են, որ մի քանիսն արդեն «դիվանագիտորեն» հրաժարվել են:
