Հայաստանի ամենամեծ հարստությունը պղինձն է, որը լրջագույն օգուտներ կարող է տալ մեր հանրապետությանը։ Հայտնի լրագրող Արմեն Դուլյանը իր ֆեսբուքյան էջում ուշագրավ մի գրառում է արել՝ նշելով, որ առաջիկա տասնամյակներում պղնձի նշանակությունն աճելու է, քանի որ մարդկությունը փորձում է սահմանափակել նավթի ու գազի արդյունահանումը։ «Եվրոպական որոշ երկրներ նույնիսկ փորձել են մի քանի տարուց ընդհանրապես վերացնել ներքին այրման շարժիչով աշխատող մեքենաների շահագործումը, իսկ էլեկտրամոբիլների արտադրության համար պահանջվում է 2,5 անգամ ավելի շատ պղինձ։ Պղինձն օգտագործվում է նաև արևի ու քամու էներգիայով աշխատող էլեկտրակայաններում, իսկ այսպես կոչված «կանաչ» էներգետիկան սկսել է զարգանալ պարզապես անհավանական տեմպերով»,-փաստում է լրագրողը։

Ըստ Արմեն Դուլյանի՝ մասնագետները կանխատեսում են, որ պղնձի պահանջարկն աշխարհում 2035 թվականին կավելանա 2 անգամ, իսկ դրա դեֆիցիտը կկազմի 10 միլիոն տոննա։ «Այսինքն անհրաժեշտ կլինի լրացուցիչ այդքան քանակություն, որը չկա, պարզապես չկա, մեր մոլորակում պղնձի պաշարները խիստ սահմանափակ են ու հիմնականում հայտնաբերվել ու օգտագործում են, վերջին տարիներին նոր հանքավայրեր գրեթե չեն շահագործում»,- նշել է Արմեն Դուլյանը՝ մեկ օրինակ բերելով, թե ավստրալիական Rio Tinto ընկերությունը Մոնղոլիայում՝ Գորի անապատում, պղնձի նոր հանքավայր շահագործելու դիմաց պարտավորվել է փակել այդ երկրի արտաքին պարտքը, կառուցել նոր ավտոճանապարհներ, առանձին էլեկտրակայան և նույնիսկ օդանավակայան։

Ամերիկյան հեղինակավոր Goldman Sachs բանկն էլ մի քանի տարի առաջ կանխատեսել էր, որ 2025 թվականին պղնձի 1 տոննայի գինը կհասնի 15 հազար դոլարի։ Դուլյանը նաև ուշագրավ մի հարց է տալիս, թե ինչո՞ւ է Հայաստանից դուրս բերվում միայն հանքանյութ, որտեղ պղինձը հարստացման գործընթացից հետո կազմում է մոտ 30%։ «Ինչու՞ Հայաստանում չենք վերամշակում հանքանյութը, որպեսզի մաքուր պղինձ արտահանենք և առնվազն 2 անգամ ավելի շատ եկամուտ ստանանք»,- հարցնում է Արմեն Դուլյանը։

Նշենք՝ այս համատեքստում ուշագրավ է մի շատ կարևոր տեղեկություն, պղնձի գինը դեռևս այդպիսի հսկայական մակարդակի չի հասել, ավելին այս տարվա ընթացքում փոքր ինչ ընկել է, իսկ նախորդ տարի Հայաստանում պղնձի արտադրության հիմնական ձեռնարկությունը՝ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը, եղել է թիվ մեկ հարկատուն, ողջ տարվա ընթացքում մոտ 144 միլիարդ դրամի հարկեր ու տուրքեր է վճարել, ինչը 2021 թվականի համեմատ ավելի է 2,3 անգամ։

Ի թիվս այլ հանգամանքների՝ ԶՊՄԿ-ի հարկերի աճին նպաստել էր միջազգային շուկաներում պղնձի գների աճը։ Պատկերացնել կարելի է, թե ի՞նչ հարկեր կվճարի ԶՊՄԿ-ն, եթե պղինձը նման գնաճ և պահանջարկ ցուցադրի առաջիկա տարիներին։ Ընկերությունը նաև լուրջ նպատակներ ունի ավելացնելու արդյունահանման ծավալները, նաև համապատասխան ձուլարան կառուցելու, սակայն հենց որևէ նման նախաձեռնության մասին հաղորդվում է, անմիջապես տարատեսակ «բնապահպաններ» և ուղղորդվող անձինք անիմաստ աղմուկ են բարձրացնում և փորձում խլացնել, մինչդեռ նույնիսկ աշխարհի առաջատար փորձագետներն են նշում, որ պղինձը լրջագույն հարստություն է դառնալու և, ի տարբերություն մեր հարևանների, Հայաստանն ունի այդ հարստությունը։
