ԿԺԴՀ-ն իր լիակատար աջակցությունն ու համերաշխությունն է հայտնում իմպերիալիստների դեմ իրենց ինքնիշխանությունն ու ապագան պաշտպանող Ռուսաստանի ժողովրդին և մաղթում բարգավաճում և հաղթանակ։ Այս մասին ասված է Ռուսաստանի օրվա կապակցությամբ շնորհավորական հեռագրում, որը Հյուսիսային Կորեայի առաջնորդ Կիմ Չեն Ընն ուղարկել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը:

«Ընկեր Կիմ Չեն Ընն ընդգծել է, որ այսօր ռուս ժողովրդի պայքարը աճող սպառնալիքի և թշնամական ուժերի դեմ, որոնք փորձում են խաթարել երկրի ինքնիշխանությունը, անվտանգությունը և խաղաղ կյանքը, մտնում է նոր կրիտիկական փուլ։ Ընկեր Կիմ Չեն Ընը նշել է, որ մեր ժողովուրդն իր ամբողջական աջակցությունն ու համերաշխությունն է հայտնում Ռուսաստանի ժողովրդին, որը ձգտում է իրականացնել Ռուսաստանի ինքնիշխան իրավունքների և զարգացման շահերի պաշտպանության սուրբ գործն ընդդեմ իմպերիալիստների կամայականության», -հայտնել է Կորեայի կենտրոնական հեռագրական գործակալությունը:

«Արդարությունը միշտ կհաղթի, իսկ ռուս ժողովուրդը կշարունակի փառաբանել հաղթանակների պատմությունը»,- հավելել է Կիմ Չեն Ընը։

Նա նաև նշել է, որ ԿԺԴՀ-ի և Ռուսաստանի ժողովուրդների բարեկամությունը երկու երկրների համար «արժեքավոր ռազմավարական արժեք» է դարձել։ ԿԺԴՀ ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ ինքը պատրաստ է էլ ավելի ամրապնդել բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունները և ռազմավարական համագործակցությունը Փհենյանի և Մոսկվայի միջև։
