«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժումը առաջիկայում վճռական գործողությունների է անցնելու։ Օրեր առաջ, հիշեցնենք, Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ընդունել էր նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին և նրա գլխավորած ճակատի ներկայացուցիչներին, որոնք Արցախի նախագահին պարզ և հստակ ակնարկել էին, որ կարմիր գծերը խախտելը անթույլատրելի է և հղի է լրջագույն հետևանքներով։

Թեև Արցախի նախագահը փորձել էր մեղմել իրավիճակը՝ համոզելով ճակատի ներկայացուցիչներին, թե ինքը ստեղծված աշխարհաքաղաքական և տարածաշրջանային լուրջ զարգացումների ֆոնին ի վիճակի չէ այլ քայլ կատարել, քան ենթարկվել Հայաստանի գործող վարչախմբի և Ալիևի ճնշումներին: «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատը» նախազգուշացրել է, որ անցակետով Արցախի քաղաքացիների անցումը չդադարեցնելու դեպքում, Հարությունյանն անձամբ է խնդիրներ ունենալու։ 1-2 օր մտածելուց հետո, Հարությունյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ  չի կարող կատարել ճակատի պահանջները և այս պահին մտադիր է շարունակել իր գործողությունները, այն է լեգիտիմացնել ադրբեջանական անցակետի տեղակայումը Բերձորի միջանցքով, ուստի և «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատում» գիտակցում են, եթե հանրային լայն կոնսոլիդացիա չապահովեն Արայիկ Հարությունյանի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ, ապա լուրջ խնդիրներների կարող են բախվել։

Առաջիկայում ճակատը կարող է անցնել վճռական գործողությունների և մեծ հանրահավաք հրավիրել Ստեփանակերտում, իսկ դրա բազմամարդությունից է կախված, թե ինչ զարգացումներ կլինեն Արցախում։

Այս տեղեկությունը տիրապետում է նաև Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ով իր մեդիա ռեսուրսներին հանձնարարել է լայն գրոհ սկսել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի և նրա թիմակիցների ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև Արցախում գտնվող իր էմիսարներին՝ Սամվել Բաբայանին և այլոց, հրահանգել է կոշտ գործողություններ իրականացնել, եթե Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը փորձի սրել ներքաղաքական իրավիճակը Արցախում։

Ըստ երևույթին, Փաշինյանի այս հանձնարարությունները կմնան օդում կախված, ո՛չ Բաբայանը, ո՛չ էլ նրա մյուս էմիսարները չունեն համապատասխան հեղինակություն և ռեսուրսներ, որպեսզի կարողանան ինչ որ լուրջ գործողություններ իրականացնել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դեմ։
