Հայաստանի այսօրվա քաղաքական իշխանությունը միահեծան է, միակուսակցական: Սա նախևառաջ նշանակում է, որ ընդունվող օրենքների և որոշումների քաղաքական ու հանրային լեգիտիմության մակարդակը նվազում է: Ապացույցն էլ այն, որ կառավարության հեղինակած և ԱԺ-ում ընդունած բազմաթիվ օրենքներն առիթ են հանդիսանում բողոքի ցույցերի՝ շրջանառության հարկ, հղիների նպաստներ, կուտակային կենսաթոշակներ և այլն:
Միահեծան իշխանությունը օրեցօր նվազեցնում է հեղինակությունը, խորանում է քաղաքական առճակատումը և ի հայտ են գալիս միակուսակցական համակարգին բնորոշ այլ խոցելի կողմերը: Հայաստանում այսօր հրամայական պահանջ է դարձել արմատապես բարեփոխել քաղաքական և ընտրական համակարգը, անցում կատարել 100% համամասնական ընտրակարգին, ինչը կերաշխավորի նվազագույնի հասցնել առանց լցոնումների, ընտրակաշառքների և վարչական ճնշումների ընտրություններ:
Այսօր արդեն վստահաբար կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ մեր երկրում դժգոհ են բոլորը` փող, պաշտոն, աշխատանք ունեցողն ու չունեցողը:
Չգիտես ինչու, բոլորը ելք են փնտրում ստեղծված իրավիճակից դուրս գալու համար: Սակայն ելքը հստակ ու կանխատեսելի ծրագրերն ու արդյունքին միտված քաղաքականության իրականացումն է, ինչը բացարձակապես բացակայում է ներկայիս կառավարության որդեգրած քաղաքականության մեջ: Կիսատ-պռատ, հիմնազուրկ, հաճախ մի քանի ամսվա համար ընդունվող որոշումներն ամեն անգամ մի նոր ցնցում են առաջացնում հասարակության ինչ-որ շերտի մոտ: Այժմ էլ մարդիկ սկսել են մասսայաբար աղքատանալ դրամի արժեզրկման այս անկառավարելի պրոցեսի արդյունքում, երկրաչափական պրոգրեսիայով աճող գների պատճառով: Ու ի՞նչ են անում պատասխանատու մարմինները: Պարզ չէ:
Բազմահազար տաղանդաշատ, շնորհալի և կարող մեր հայրենակիցներ այդպես էլ հրաժարվում են ներդրումներ կատարել հայրենիքում: Սա մեղմ ասած տխուր իրողություն է:
Հայաստանը վերածննդի կարիք ունի: Այն իրականություն պետք է դառնա համառ, հետևողական, պատասխանատու պայքարի ու աշխատանքի արդյունքում: Մեզ այլևս անհրաժեշտ է մի նոր Հայաստան, մի նոր սկիզբ, մի նոր իրականություն, որի հիմքում համախմբումն է, հավատը և պայքարի վճռականությունը: Իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ մեր ազգը պետք է համարձակ նայի իր ու իր զավակների ներկային ու ապագային: Մենք պետք է հավատանք նախ և առաջ մեզ ու մեր ուժերին: Իսկ սա նախևառաջ նշանակում է ունենալ կամք ասելու «ո՛չ փողով քվեներին, ո՛չ ընտրական կեղծիքներին»: Անկախությունից ի վեր, բոլոր արատները սկսվել են հենց դրանցից:
