«Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» գործակալության համահիմնադիր, Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Շարունակում ենք աշխատանքը «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման շրջանակներում: Վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում հանդիպումներ ենք ունեցել շրջաններում, իսկ հիմա, երբ Ադրբեջանի կողմից լիակատար շրջափակումը շարունակվում է և միայն Կարմիր խաչն է կարողանում հիվանդներ տեղափոխել, հանդիպումներ ենք ունենում Ստեփանակերտում:
 
Հիմնական եզրակացություններից մեկն այն է, որ մարդիկ ակնհայտորեն չեն հասկանում, թե ինչ է կատարվում: Մի շարք առանցքային հարցերի շուրջ անհասկանալի դիրքորոշումը, տեղեկատվության փակ լինելը, հակասական հայտարարությունները շփոթության մեջ են գցում մարդկանց։
 
Արցախն այժմ ծանր փորձությունների միջով է անցնում: Մարդիկ խոսքի, շփման կարիք ունեն, կարիք ունեն հասկանալու, թե ինչ է կատարվում: Իշխանությունների որոշումներն ու հայտարարությունները պետք է լինեն շատ հստակ ու հասկանալի։ Հատկապես՝ կարմիր գծերի պահպանման և դրանք խախտելու դեպքում արձագանքի առումով։ Բոլորս միասին պետք է ամեն օր պայքարենք կարմիր գծերի անխախտելիության համար, հենց դրա համար են դրանք կարմիր գիծ համարվում: Այսօր գլխավոր հարցը իշխանությունների արձագանքն է ադրբեջանական ապօրինի անցակետին։ Ի՞նչ սկզբունքով են ընտրվել այն մարդիկ, ովքեր անցել են անցակետով: Ինչո՞ւ են իշխանություններն ընդունելի համարում, որ ադրբեջանցիները մեր անձնագրերը վերցնեն, ստուգեն ու նկարեն: Ո՞վ է սահմանում կանոնները: Ո՞վ է պատասխանատվություն կրելու, եթե ինչ-որ բան այն չլինի:
 
Այս հարցերի պատասխանները չկան, ճշմարտության և հստակության փոխարեն խոսակցություններ և վարկածներ են: Իսկ սա վստահության ամրապնդման համար լավագույն միջավայրը չէ:
 
«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժումն իր հերթին հետևողականորեն և համակարգված աշխատանք է տանում արցախցիների հետ: Մենք ներկայացնում ենք մարդկանց շարժման նպատակն ու սկզբունքները, թե ինչպիսին է իրավիճակն իրականում: Ճշմարտությունը, թափանցիկությունն ու ըմբռնումը վստահության հիմքն են, և դա Արցախի պաշտպանության գործում հաջողության հասնելու հիմնական պայմաններից մեկն է։
