Առանց գաղափարի հնարավոր չէ հաղթահարել դժվարությունները։ «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժումը հանդիպումներ է ունենում Ստեփանակերտում՝ ներկայացնելով շարժման գաղափարախոսութունն ու նպատակը։

Հունիսի 15-ից Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի լիակատար շրջափակման հետևանքով իրավիճակն ավելի է բարդացել, հատկապես սուր է վառելիքի խնդիրն, ուստի շարժման գործադիր կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչներն այս օրերին հանդիպումներ են իրականացնում միայն Ստեփանակերտում։ Նախօրեին Շուշիից տեղահանվածների հանդիպմանը նրանք նշել են, որ շարժումը բաց է բոլոր նրանց համար, ովքեր չեն տեսնում Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմում։

Նշելով, որ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է սեղմել օղակն Արցախի շուրջ և ամեն գնով հասնել Արցախի էթնիկ զտմանը, շարժման ներկայացուցիչները միաժամանակ նկատել են, որ Ադրբեջանը միշտ է ձգտել դրան, իսկ արցախցիներին հաջողվել է դիմակայել՝ դրան հակադրելով իրենց պայքարի ոգին, հայրենիքում ապրելու կամքը և չընկրկել դժվարությունների առջև։

Շարժման համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի խոսքով՝ առանց հստակեցնելու գաղափարը չես կարող հասկանալ, թե ուր ես շարժվում։ «Բայց կարևոր է նաև հավատն ու վստահությունը միմյանց նկատմամբ, եթե մենք իրար չենք հավատում անգամ ամենալավ նպատակը չի կարող հաջողություն ապահովել և իհարկե գաղափարին և հավատին պետք է ավելանա գործողությունը, մենք որպես շարժում պետք է ասենք աշխարհին՝ մենք համաձայն չենք, որ Արցախը լինի Ադրբեջանի կազմում»,- նշել է նա և հավելել. «Մեր այս ասելիքը, մեր ձայնը պետք է հնչի շատ հստակ, բարձր միասնական և հետևողական, որովհետև աշխարհը հիմա մեզ չի լսում»։

Ըստ ճակատի ներկայացուցիչների՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցությունները պետք է տեղի ունենան միջազգային միջնորդության և միջազգային մեխաիզմների շրջանակներում։ Տեղեկացվել է, որ շարժումն ոչ միայն Արցախում է գործունեություն ծավալում, այլ աշխատանքներ են տանում Հայաստանում և սփյուռքում կառույցներ ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ, քանի որ Արցախը կարող է հաջողության հասնել միայն Հայաստանով և հայկական աշխարհով։
