«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Թերթի տեղեկություններով, ՀՀ քաղաքական դաշտում ակտիվ փորձագիտական շրջանի մի շարք ներկայացուցիչներ՝ ռազմական փորձագետներ, սոցիոլոգներ, հոգեբաններ, 2018 թվականին ՀՀ-­ում տեղի ունեցած գործընթացների հետ կապված բավականին ուշագրավ ուսումնասիրություններ են արել։ Տևական ժամանակ՝ մոտ 2 տարի, նշված պրոֆեսիոնալ խումբը խորքային ուսումնասիրության է ենթարկել մի շարք «գունավոր» հեղափոխությունների փորձը (Հարավսլավիա, Ուկրաինա, Վրաստան, «Արաբական գարուն», Սուդան), առանձնացրել հանգուցային նմանություններն ու առանձնահատկությունները, նշել, թե ինչ ընդհանրություններ կան 2018­-ին Հաjաստանում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների հետ։

Առավել մանրակրկիտ անդրադարձ է կատարվել «պետությունների քանդման» տեսությանը, թե ինչպես, ինչ քայլերի հաջորդականությամբ պետք է քանդել ու ոչնչացնել պետության հիմնասյուները (պետական համակարգը, ներառյալ բանակը, դատական և իրավապահ համակարգերը, նաև եկեղեցին և ԶԼՄ­ները)։ Մասնավորաբար, ինչպես փոխանցում է մեր աղբյուրը, թիմի ուսումնասիրության առանցքում են եղել նաև ժամանակակից բռնապետերի գործունեություններն ու նրանց կողմից կիրառվող տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների մեթոդաբանությունը։

Հատկանշական է, որ, մեր տեղեկություններով, առանձին կերպով անդրադարձ կա նաև ընդդիմության կողմից նախկինում արված փորձերին և տեխնոլոգիաներին, այդ թվում՝ մեթոդաբանության և քայլերի հաջորդականության սխալներին ու բացթողումներին։ Ի դեպ, սա կարևոր է համարվում, որպեսզի առաջիկայում սպասվող քաղաքական գործընթացների և սցենարների ժամանակ ճիշտ ու համակարգված գործողություններ իրականացվեն։
