Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարած խաղաղամուրական քաղաքականությունը հանգեցրել է նաև նրան, որ, ի լրումն ամենի, Եվրամիության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչներն արդեն առանց չնչին չափով իսկ նեղվելու, իրենց պարտք են համարում ուղիղ կերպով վիրավորել ու նվաստացնել հայերին, Հայաստանը, Արցախի հայությանը: Խնդրեմ, հիացեք. Հարավային Կովկասի և Վրաստանում ճգնաժամի հարցերով ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարը Արցախի մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը նշել է որպես «Խանքենդի»: Քաղաքականության մեջ ու առհասարակ կյանքում պատահական բաներ չեն լինում:

Առհասարակ, բոլորը, ովքեր Արցախին մղում են Բաքվի գիրկը, այսպես ասած՝ «ուղիղ երկխոսության», պետք է առնվազն նշեն, թե ի՞նչ միջազգային երաշխիքներ կարող են ապահովել, ի՞նչ ձևաչափ է դա ունենալու, կողմերը որպես ո՞վ են բանակցելու, ո՞ր տերություններն են այդ բանակցություններին ու դրանցով գրանցվելիք պարտավորություն-պայմանավորվածություններին տեր լինում: Հարթակ կա՞: Օրինակ՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի տարբերակով թեկուզ: Կարծես՝ չկա: Այսինքն, հարթակ չկա, երաշխիքներ չկան: Իսկ նման դեպքում՝ «ուղիղ երկխոսության մասին» հայտարարությունները, հորդորները, գրառումները դատարկախոսություն են և առանց այն էլ դժվարին ու անմարդկային վիճակում դրված Արցախի հայերին արնախում ու հակամարդ թշնամու երախը նետելու ստոր նպատակ հետապնդող մտադրություններ: Քաղաքակրթական ոչ պակաս արյունոտ շղարշով վատ քողարկված մտադրություններ, ի դեպ:
