Ի՞նչ կարող են անել մարդիկ Արցախի համար։ Պատասխանն ավելի քան պարզ է, ամեն օր եթերում բարձրացնել Արցախի թեման, ամեն օր կրկնել, որ Արցախը հայկական է մնալու։ «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի» համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն այդ մասին ասել է հայաստանյան ռադիոընկերություններից մեկի եթերում։

Նրա խոսքով՝ պետք է թույլ չտալ, որ այսօրվա իշխանությունները հարված հասցնեն մեր ազգային արժեհամակարգին, ավանդույթներին ու բարոյական սկզբունքներին, չհանդուրժել ու չլռել, երբ Հայաստանի հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունն որոշում է այլևս չօգտագործել Արցախի Հանրապետություն և Արցախ բառերը։ «Մենք ապրում ենք և շարունակելու ենք ապրել Արցախի հանրապետությունում»,- նշել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ հայրենիքի ազատությունը, հայրենիքում ապրելու իրավունքի համար պայքարը շարունակական է և մենք պետք է ամեն օր պատրաստ լինենք դրան։ Հաջողում են այն ժողովուրդներն, ովքեր չեն վհատվում, չեն հիասթափվում կես ճանապարհից։ Օրինակ, իռլանդիան իր անկախության համար պայքարել է հարյուրամյակներ և ի վերջո հասել հաջողության։ «Արժանապատիվ պայքարի ամեն օրը նոր իրավիճակ կարող է ստեղծել, պետք է գիտակցել, որ աշխարհն ոչ մեկին ոչ մի երաշխիք չի տալիս, ազգերն իրենց պայքարի կամքով ու տոկունությամբ են նվաճում իրենց իրավունքներն ու վաստակում իրենց նկատմամբ հարգանքը»,- փաստել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։

Միայն և բացառապես այս գիտակցումով է հնարավոր լուրջ պայքար մղել Արցախի համար, հասկանալ, որ այլևս անհնար է որևէ կերպ շարունակել ստեղծված իրավիճակը, քանի որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմում թողնելու համար, Արցախից էլ դրական ձայներ են հնչում։

Գործող իշխանությունները թերևս հանրային լայն ճնշման պայմաններում որոշել են համաժողովրդական նոր շարժում սկսել՝ Հայաստանի իշախանություններից ու հանրությունից պահանջել միանալ այդ համաժողովրդական շարժմանը և բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրել Արցախում ապրող 120 հազար մարդկանց կյանքի և անվտանգության իրավունքները պաշտպանելու համար։
