Իշխանազավթ վարչամեքենան պարտվել է «Աշոտյանը`օրինախախտ», թե «Աշոտյանը`քաղբանտարկյալ» մարտում:
 
Դրա մասին է վկայում մեր շուրջը կատարվող ամեն ինչը` հարցադրումներից մինչև գնահատականներ, Երևանով մեկ տարածված Աշոտյանի նկարներից մինչև սոցիոլոգիական հարցումներ:
Հասարակության համար պարզ է, որ ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահին ազատազրկել են զավեշտալի պատրվակով, բայց բացառապես քաղաքական նկատառումներով:
 
Այս իրավիճակում հատկանշական է , որ նման քաղաքական գործչի ապօրինի կալանքը, որքան էլ տարօրինակ հնչի, բայց հնարավորություն է տալիս վաղվա իշխանություններին կալանավորել նիկոլի թիմից յուրաքանչյուրին:
 
նիկոլի պետական դավաճանություններից թաքնվելու, դրանց համար պատասխանատու չլինելու համար իշխանազավթ թիմի ներկայացուցիչների արդարացումը լինելու է` մասնակից չլինելու և որոշում չկայացնելու պարզունակ դերակատարման ստանձնումը:
 
Բայց արդյո՞ք հաջորդ իշխանությանը պետք կլինեն այդ արդարացումներն ու որպես նախադեպ չեն ծառայեցնի Աշոտյանի կալանքը:
 
Եթե առանց զրո հիմնավորմամբ կարելի է կալանավորել Աշոտյանին, ուրեմն վաղն էլ կարելի է առանց երկար բարակ <<քննություն>> անելու կալանավորել քպ-ական տարբեր էշելոններում վեր ընկածներին` նայած թե այդ պահին ով կհայտնվի ձեռքի տակ:
 
Չնայած քպ-ականներին դժվար կլինի պատկերացնել Աշոտյանի դերում, որովհետև իշխանազավթների մասին հայտնի դարձած կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի, պաշտոնական դիրքի չարաշահումների, շահերի բախումների իրավիճակների մասին տեղեկատվությունն արդեն իսկ բավարար են:
 
Դժվար չէ պատկերացնել, որ իշխանազավթման ավարտից հետո նիկոլի պաշտոնյաները կլինեն քննչական գործողությունների մասնակից: Կարծում եմ՝ այդ ժամանակ այլևս որևէ մեկին չի հետաքրքրի, թե ինչ որակի քննության տակով կանցնեն դրանք:
