Տավուշի արդեն նախկին մարզպետի արդեն նախկին խորհրդական Լյուբիկ Չիբուխչյանը, ով պաշտոնանկ արվելուց հետո միանգամից հիշեց Հայաստանի իշխանությունների բոլոր սրիկայությունների մասին և հայտարարեց, թե դիմում է Իլհամ Ալիևին՝ Ադրբեջանում քաղաքական ապաստան ստանալու խնդրանքով, այժմ էլ www.aravot.am-ին հայտնել է, որ ինքը վախենում է իր եւ իր հարազատների կյանքի համար, քանզի երեկոները առանց պետհամարանիշների ավտոմեքենաներ են կանգնում իր տան դիմաց, որտեղից հետեւում են իրեն: Նա ասել է, որ դա երեւի կապված է լրագրողներից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում իր այն խոսքերի հետ, որ ինքը հատելու է սահմանը եւ գնալու է Ղազախ:
Իհարկե, ցանկացած բանական էակ հասկանում է, որ սա Լյուբիկի նոր խեղկատակությունն է: Հասկանալով, որ Ադրբեջանում քաղաքական ապաստան խնդրելու մասին իր սադրիչ և բացառապես սովետահայ ՛՛կլյաուզի՛՛ հոտ փչող հայտարարությունը ի օգուտ իրեն որևէ արձագանք չստացավ, ավելին, ադեկվատ մարդկանց արձագանքի շնորհիվ ինքը հայտնվեց իր փորած փոսի մեջ, այժմ որոշել է շարունակել իր անհամ սերիալը՝ ամերիկյան մարտաֆիլմի ոգով: Լյուբիկին բանի տեղ չդրեցին անգամ այն ժամանակ, երբ ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենայի ջրաղացին ջուր լցնող հայտարարություններ էր անում, ինչ մնաց նրան սպառնան հիմա, երբ բառացիորեն ժամեր անց նրա անունը իր անտաղանդ բանաստեղծություների հետ միասին հայտնվեց մոռացության փոշու տակ:
Այժմ Լյուբիկը չի կարողանում մարսել այն փաստը, որ այն համակարգը, որի դեմ այժմ, իբր, պայքարում է, ստեղծվել է իր նմանների ստրկամտության և տկարամտության շնորհիվ: Նա երկար տարիներ վայելել է իշխանությունների առատաձեռնությունը և լռելյայն կատարել պալատական ծաղրածուի իր դերը: Ինչու Լյուբիկը իր հանդեպ քաղաքական հետապնդումներ չէր տեսնում այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև Տավուշի նորանշանակ մարզպետը որոշեց ազատվել ծաղրածուի այդ տեսակից և պահանջեց դիմում գրել: Լյուբիկը հայտարարում է, որ տարիներ շարունակ իր հանդեպ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ու մյուսները անարդար են եղել. իսկ ինչու այդ մասին չէր բարձրաձայնում՝ նրան ու Պուտինին ձոնված իր երկարաշունչ ներբողներում:
Այժմ ազատվել է պաշտոնից և բարձրաձայնում է, որ իր նկատմամբ անարդար են եղել: Սակայն անարդարության դեմ պայքարելու փոխարեն նա գիրք է ձոնել Սերժ Սարգսյանին, Արցախի նախագահին և մյուսներին: Արհամարհանքի է արժանի այն մարդը, որ հանուն իր պաշտոնի համակերպվում է ամեն այլանդակության հետ:
Իսկ Ադրբեջանից քաղաքական ապաստան խնդրելու՝ Լյուբիկի քայլից պետք չէ վրդովվել: Թող գնա իր երազանքների երկիրը: Իլհամն ու Էլնարան թող խաղաղություն բերեն նրա խռովյալ հոգուն:
