Հուլիսի 25-ին Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը Մոսկվայում բանակցություններ կվարի Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների հետ, որոնց ընթացքում կքննարկվի Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախապատրաստման հարցը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայությունը։

Երկու երկրների արտգործնախարարությունների ղեկավարները նաև կվերլուծեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ իրավիճակի դեէսկալացիայի և Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի, 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի, 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 26-ի և 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ի եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ակտիվացման ուղիները։

«Առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվելու Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախապատրաստմանը, մնացած հարցերի լուծումների որոնմանը, որին Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է առավելագույն օգնություն ցուցաբերել»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ։

Նախարարները կքննարկեն նաև հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման այլ առանցքային հարցերը, այդ թվում՝ տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակումը, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև սահմանի սահմանազատումը, հասարակության և փորձագետների շփումները և խորհրդարանականների միջև երկխոսության մեկնարկը։

Բայրամովի և Միրզոյանի հետ երկկողմ զրույցների ընթացքում նախատեսվում է կենտրոնանալ ռուս-ադրբեջանական և ռուս-հայկական օրակարգի արդի հարցերի քննարկման վրա՝ քաղաքական, առևտրային, տնտեսական և հումանիտար ոլորտներում։
