Գեղարքունիքի մարզում 2022-ին վերակառուցվել է Մարտունու ԲԿ, լավ վիճակում է գտնվում Մարտունու ծննդատունը, Ճամբարակի ԱԿ-ն, Գավառի ԲԿ-ն և Սևանի ԲԿ-ն, իսկ Վարդենիսի ԲԿ-ն գտնվում է վատ վիճակում: Այս մասին նշվել է այսօր՝ հուլիսի 28-ին, Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի աշխատակազմի 2022թ. գործունեության հաշվետվության ու ընթացիկ տարում իրականացվող ծրագրերի ընթացքի վերաբերյալ քննարկման ժամանակ, իրավիճակը ներկայացնելով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:

Պատասխանատուները ներկայացրել են առողջապահական հիմնարկների 2021-2022 թթ. բյուջեի համեմատականը, ըստ որի` պետական պատվերը 2021 թ. համեմատ 2022թ. աճել է 2,7 տոկոսով, իսկ վճարովի ծառայությունները՝ 19,1 տոկոսով: Առողջապահական հիմնարկների պլանավորված բյուջեն եղել է 3,9 մլրդ դրամ, կատարողականը կազմել է 4,5 մլրդ դրամ, այսինքն՝ գրանցվել է 13 տոկոս աճ: Զեկույցի համաձայն, հաշվետու տարում առողջապահական հիմնարկներում սեփական և պետական միջոցներով իրականացվել են շինարարական աշխատանքներ, ձեռք են բերվել գույք և սարքավորումներ: Առողջապահական համակարգի բարեփոխումների շրջանակում վերակազմակերպվել են մի շարք հիմնարկներ, 5 առողջապահական հիմնարկներում մատուցվել են 15 նոր բժշկական ծառայություններ, ձեռք են բերվել 18 բժշկական սարքավորումներ:

Այնուհետև վարչապետին ներկայացվել են տեղեկան ինքնակառավարման ոլորտում կատարված փոփոխությունները: Այդ կապակցությամբ ներկայացվել է, որ նախկինում 92 համայնքի պարագայում համայնքապետարանների աշխատակիցների թիվը կազմել է 1141: Այժմ 5 համայնքի պարագայում համայնքապետարանների աշխատակիցների թիվը կազմում է 735:

Կառավարության ղեկավարին է ներկայացվել համայնքների 2021-2022թթ. բյուջեների սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրման գործընթացը:

Զեկուցվել է նաև մարզում գործող Քաղաքացիների սպասարկման գրասենյակների մասին, ըստ որի` ՔՍԳ-ներ գործում են 5 համայնքներում և սպասարկում քաղաքաշինության, հողաշինության ու հողօգտագործման, իրավական, սոցիալական, առողջապահական, կրթական, ֆինանսական, հարկային և տեղեկատվական ոլորտներում:

Սպորտի բնագավառում 2022 թ. Գեղարքունիքի մարզում անցկացվել են մի շարք միջոցառումներ, մասնավորապես՝ ՀՀ վարչապետի գավաթը՝ սիրողական խճուղային հեծանվավազք՝ 14 մասնակից, սիրողական լող՝ 7 մասնակից, դպրոցական թիմային խճուղավազք՝ 119 մասնակից, խճուղավազք՝ 72 մասնակից, սիրողական սեղանի թենիս՝ 148 մասնակից: Մասսայական սպորտի բնագավառում համայնքների միջև կազմակերպվել է «Մարզպետի գավաթ» շախմատի և վոլեյբոլի առաջնությունը:
