Վերջին ամիսներին ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության և Երևան քաղաքի ոստիկանության բաժիններում հսկայածավալ աշխատանքներ է կատարվել ապօրինի զենք, զինամթերքի հայտնաբերման ուղղությամբ: Այդ ամենը կապված է ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանի ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետ, ոստիկանության գեներալ մայոր Արամ Հովհաննիսյանի կարգադրություններից: 

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, երեկ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները հերթական խոշոր չափի ռազմամթերքի հայտնաբերման դեպքն են բացահայտել:

Ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում օպերատիվ տվյալներ էին ստացվել, որ Կոտայքի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի բնակիչ 44-ամյա Գուրգեն Վ.-ն տանը ապօրինի զենք և զինամթերք է պահում: Քանի որ, ոստիկանները չէին կասկածում, որ օպերատիվ տվյալները հավաստի են, Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիետի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում այդ տեղեկություններից կազմված փաստաթղթերի հիման վրա ՀՀ Քր օր.-ի 335 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվում է քրեական վարույթ, ինչից հետո քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացնում Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը թույլ տա Գուրգեն Վ.-ի տան խուզարկություն։

Դատարանը բավարարում է քննիչի միջնորդությունը, և երեկ ոստիկաններն ու քննչական խումբը այցելում են նշված տուն, որտեղ էլ խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվում է 109 հատ 7.62. X 39 տ/չ փամփուշտներ, 4 հատ հեռադիտակ, զենքի մաքրման համար նախատեսված պարագաներ, «ՍԿՍ» տեսակի «OM-356» համարի, 7.62 տ/չ ինքնաձիգ, ինքնաձիգի շամփուր, 4 հատ ինքնաձիգի դատարկ պահեստատուփեր, 1 հատ դատարկ 14.5 տ/չ կրակված փամփուշտ, «ՌՋՄ» տեսակի նռնակ, «Տրոտիլ» տեսակի պայթուցիկ նյութ և դրան բաղադրիչ մաս կազմող առարկաներ, 23 հատ տարբեր մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաների հայկական համարանիշեր:

 Նույն քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում, դատարանի որոշմամբ, հուլիսի 27-ին Գուրգեն Վ.-ին պատկանող Audi մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի  խուզարկությամբ սրահից հայտնաբերվում  է երկաթե մահակ:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Գուրգեն Վ.-ն ձերբակալվել է, դեպքի փաստով էլ նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
