Սիրելի բարեկամներ,
 
Ինչպես շատերդ արդեն տեղյակ եք, անցած շաբաթվա ընթացքում մեր "Հայաքվե" նախաձեռնությունը հատեց քաղաքացիների անհրաժեշտ աջակցության նվազագույն շեմը։ Չնայած դրան, մենք այս շաբաթ շարունակում ենք ստորագրահավաքը, մի շարք պատճառներով՝
 
ա) բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ ցանկություն ունեն միանալու Հայաքվեին այս փուլում, նրանք նախապես տեղեկացված են եղել, որ ստորագրահավաքը շարունակվելու է մինչև օգոստոսի 19-ը, մենք կուզեինք բոլոր այդ քաղաքացիներին հնարավորություն տալ միանալ մեր նախաձեռնությանը, և դառնալ նրա ակտիվ անդամը;
 
բ) մի շարք համայնքներում ստորագրահավաքը սկսել է միայն անցած շաբաթ, ոմանցում՝ տառացիորեն շաբաթվա վերջին երկու օրերին, քաղաքացիների ակտիվ հոսքը շարունակվում է, ուստի մենք այդ քաղաքացիներին ևս կուզեինք լիարժեք հնարավորություն տալ միանալու մեր նախաձեռնությանը։
 
գ) Արցախի շուրջ իրավիճակը շարունակում է վատթարանալ, և մեզ անհրաժեշտ է ակտիվ քաղաքացիների աջակցությունը արդեն այս փուլում, Հայաքվեն նաև ուղերձ է մեր թշնամիներին
 
դ) Հայաքվեի հաջորդ փուլում մենք կենտրոնանալու ենք օրենքի նախագիծը Ազգային ժողովում անցկացնելու վրա, մեզ պետք է լինելու մեծ դիմադրություն հաղթահարել։ Մեզ այստեղ ևս ծայրահեղ անհրաժեշտ է մեր ակտիվ քաղաքացիների աջակցությունը։
 
Մեզ շատերը նաև հարց են տալիս, որ եթե միանան Հայաքվեին այս փուլում, ապա նրանց ձայները չեն հաշվվի, երբ անհրաժեշտություն առաջանա ստանալ ևս 300 000 քաղաքացիների աջակցությունը։ Սակայն ստորագրահավաքի հաջորդ փուլը առայժմ հեռավոր հեռանկար է, իսկ իրադարձությունները արագ զարգանում են այսօր, ուստի բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր վճռական են պայքարելու ազատ Արցախի և ինքնիշխան Հայաստանի համար, խնդրում եմ չհապաղել և միանալ Հայաքվեին այս շաբաթվա ընթացքում, հետագայում ձեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը դառնալու է Հայաքվեի դեսպանը իր շրջապատում, և իր հետևից նոր անդամներ է բերելու մեր նախաձեռնության շարքերը։
 
Բոլորիդ կամք, եռանդ ու վճռականություն եմ ցանկանում, և հիշեցնում, որ այս ստորագրահավաքով ոչ թե Հայաքվեն ավարտվեց, այլ միայն նոր է սկսվում!
