«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ»-ն ամփոփել է աշխատանքը

«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» շարժումն արդեն իսկ դարձել է Արցախի առանցքային ուժերից մեկը, որը ունակ է կատարելու իր առջև դրած նպատակները և արցախցիներին նոր պայքարի տանելու։ Շարժման խորհուրդը նախօրեին նիստ է գումարել, քննարկել հուլիսին կատարած աշխատանքները։ Խորհուրդը նաև հուշագիր է ստորագրել Արցախի խորհրդարանական երեք ուժերի՝ «Արդարության», «ՀՅԴ»-ի , «ԱԺԿ»-ի հետ։

Քննարկել են երկրում ստեղծված ճգնաժամային իրավիճակը, և նիստին առաջին անգամ տեսակապով մասնակցել են նաև «Ճակատի» տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների պատասխանատուները, Հայստանում վերջերս ձևավորված հարթակի ղեկավարը։ Մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի մասնակիցների թիվը կրկնապատկվել է, ձևավորվել են Մարտակերտի, Մարտունու, Ասկերանի շրջանային ստորաբաժանումներ, նախաձեռնվել է Հայաստանում հարթակի ստեղծում։

Շարժման 8 հենասյունային աշխատանքային խմբերում Հայաստանից և արտերկրից փորձագետների մասնակցությամբ քննարկվել են հրատապ կարճաժամկետ և ռազմավարական ծրագրեր։ Շարժման կոմիտեի հավանությանն արժանացած մի շարք նախագծեր ընթացքի մեջ են ՝ «Մենք ենք, մեր սարերը» տարածքային զարգացման գործակալության միջոցով։

Մասնավորապես քննարկված թեմաների առանցքում են եղել շրջափակման խստացող պայմաններում շարժման նպատակից և հռչակած սկզբունքներից արժեղությունը և այդ համատեքստում անհրաժեշտ քայլերի հստակեցումը։ Շարժման համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նշել է, թե գոհ է կատարված աշխատանքից, սակայն ակնկալում է, որ ավելի ակտիվ քայլեր կիրականացվեն։

Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատը ստեղծված պայմաններում՝ Արցախի նախագահի և Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձանց ապիկար քաղաքականության օրերին՝ գլխավոր, լուսավոր կետերից են քաղաքական դաշտում, որոնք կարող են իսկապես բեկում մտցնել արցախյան շարժման մեջ և հույս սփռել արցախցիների և ողջ հայության հոգում։
