♦ Կյանքի մեծ խոչնդոտների միջով անցնելն ու դրանց լուծում տալը։ Անկաախ նրանից, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում, արա լավագույնը, որ կարող ես անել ու ժպտա։ Դու չես վայելի կյանքը, եթե չվայելես խոչնդոտները հաղթահարելու գործընթացը։ Խոչնդոտները կյանքը հետաքրքրացնում են, իսկ դրանք հաղթահարելը՝ կյանքն իմաստավորում։
♦ Երախտագիտության զգացումը սրտանց ապրելու պահերը։ Գնահատիր կյանքը, նույնիսկ երբ այն իդեալական չէ։ Երջանկությունը մեր ցանկությունների իրագործման մեջ չէ, այլ մեր ունեցածը գնահատելու մեջ։ Երբ կյանքը բազմաթիվ պատճառներ է բերում բացասական լինելու համար, մեկ լավ պատճառ հիշիր ու դրական եղիր։ Միշտ էլ կան այնպիսի բաներ, որոնց համար կարող ես երախտապարտ լինել։
♦ Այն գեղեցիկ պահերը, որ ամեն ինչ արժեքավոր են դարձրել։ Երբ դու կարող ես հետ նայել այն պահերին, որոնք քեզ ցավ են պատճառել, սակայն որոնց համար դու քեզ օրհնված ես զգում՝ զգալով, թե որքան են դրանք քեզ ստիպել աճել, միայն այն գիտակցության համար, որ դու անցել ես այդ ամենի միջով։
♦ Սեփական կոշիկների մեջ հարմարավետորեն քայլելը։ Մենք բոլորս էլ ինչ-որ ձևով տարօրինակ ենք։ Այն, ինչ քեզ տարբեր է դարձնում մյուսներից, երբեմն բեռի նման մի բան է թվում, սակայն դա այդպես չէ, դա այն է, ինչ քեզ անկրկնելի է դարձնում։
♦ Քո սեփական յուրօրինակ գաղափարները, տաղանդն ու կարողություններն օգտագործելը՝ աշխարհում դրական ազդեցություն թողնելու համար։ Եթե դու ցանկանում ես աշխարհում դրական փոփոխություն տեսնել, պետք է տարբեր լինես աշխարհից ու պետք է այնքան քաջ ու ինքնավստահ լինես, որ ցույց տաս դա։
♦ Սեփական կյանքդ քո ձևով նախագծելը։ Անկախ նրանից, թե ինչպես ես ապրում կյանքդ, միշտ էլ կգտնվեն մարդիկ, ում դա դուր չի գա, այնպես որ ապրիր այնպիսի կյանքով, որով կարող ես հպարանալ։ Ապրիր քո ճշմարտությունը և ուշադիր եղիր, որ ի վերջո դու չլինես այն մեկն, ով հիասթափություն ապրի սեփական անցած ուղղուց, այն բանի համար, որ ապրել է ուրիշների ցանկություններին համապատասխան։
♦ Քրնաջան աշխատելն այն բաների համար, ինչ սիրում ես։ Քրտնաջան աշխատանքը հեշտանում է, երբ աշխատանքը խաղ է դառնում։ Երբեք չթերագնահատես գործը սիրելու կարևորությունը։ Երբ մենք կորցնում ենք ինքներս մեզ նրանում, ինչ սիրում ենք անել, մենք մեզ միաժանակ գտնում ենք դրա մեջ։
♦ Սրտի խորքում իմանալը, որ երազանքներիդ արդարացի հնարավորություն ես տվել։ Իրականացող ու չիրականացող երազանքների տարբերությունը հիմնականում կայանում է նրանում, թե որքան նվիրված ես դրա հետևից գնում կամ հանձնվում ճանապարհի կեսից։
♦ Սեփական քաջությանդ արտացոլանքը։ Երբ վախենում ես, սակայն անում ես հաջորդ քայլը։
♦ Հին վախը հաղթահարելու փառքը։ Վախը զգացում է, ոչ թե փաստ։ Ուժ և ինքնավստահություն ձեռք բերելու լավագույն միջոցն անելն է այն, ինչ վախենում ես անել։ Համարձակություն ունեցիր ինքդ քեզ ընդլայնել։
♦ Բավականաչափ համարձակ լինելն ու ինքնազարգանալը։ Իրական քաջություն է պահանջում զարգանալն ու դառնալն այն անձն, ով իրականում կաս։ Մի վախեցիր փոփոխությունից։ Դու կարող ես ինչ-որ լավ բան կորցնել, սակայն միաժամանակ ինչ-որ հրաշալի մի բան ձեռք կբերես։
♦ Անհնարինը հնարավոր դարձնելը։ Շատ դեպքերում անհնարինը փաստ չէ, դա պարզապես կարծիք է։ Գրեթե ամեն ինչ հնարավոր է, եթե բավականաչափ ժամանակ ու նյարդեր տրամադրես։
♦ Ինքդ քեզ տպավորելը։ Քիչ ժամանակ անցկացրու մյուսներին տպավորելու վրա ու ավելի շատ ուշադրություն դարձրու ինքդ քեզ տպավորելու վրա։ Բարձր լեռներ մագլցիր աշխարհը տեսնելու համար և ոչ թե որ աշխարհը քեզ տեսնի։
