Մհեր Սեդրակյան, Առաքել Մովսիսյան՝ ովքե՞ր են նրանք, ՀՀԿ-ի ծանր հրետանի՞ն: Բնավ, ոչ: Ամեն ինչ անհամեմատ ավելի պարզ է՝ նրանք ընդդիմադիր մի շարք կայքերի «ռեյտինգաբերներն» ու «լայքաբերներն» են, և առանց նրանց ընդդիմադիր կայքերի վիճակը նախանձելի չէր լինի:
Օրինակ` Մհեր Սեդրակյանը մի սովորական քրեաօլիգարխ է, որն ընտրվել է մեծամասնականով: Թե ընդհանրապես ի՞նչ գործ ունի նման՝ ոչ բարձր ինտելեկտի տեր մարդն Ազգային Ժողովում՝ դա այլ թեմա է: Մի կողմ թողնենք նաև նրա կիսաքրեական անցյալը: Բայց փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ անկախ այդ ամենից, իր ընտրատարածքում Սեդրակյանն ամեն դեպքում կընտրվեր՝ առանց կեղծիքների: Բոլորը գիտեն, թե ինչպիսի մարդ է նա, և բոլորն էլ գիտեն, որ այդ մարդն իր գիտելիքներով և կրթվածությամբ, մեղմ ասած, չի փայլում: Առավել ևս այդ մասին չեն կարող չիմանալ լրագրողներն ու այդ լրագրողների խմբագիրները, եթե, իհարկե, հայտնի տաքսու վարորդների նման՝ հենց նոր չեն վերադարձել Ռուսաստանից և իբրև թե ոչնչից տեղյակ չեն:
Հետևաբար, ի՞նչ պատասխան կարող էին ակնկալել Մհեր Սեդրակյանին Հայաստանի՝ ԵՏՄ-ին անդամակցության վերաբերյալ հարց տվողները, եթե այդ մարդու ինտելեկտուալ հնարավորություններն ընդամենն այդքանն են: Նույն հաջողությամբ նույն հարցը կարելի էր տալ ցանկացած տաքսու վարորդի և ստանալ մոտավորապես նման պատասխան: Միանշանակ, Սեդրակյանից էլ հենց այդպիսի պատասխան էր ակնկալվում, որպեսզի արդյունքում աղմուկ առաջանա: Իսկ աղմուկը ռեյտինգ է, դիտումներ են, լայքեր են, բայց առաջին հերթին խաղաքարտ է՝ տեսե՞ք իշխանություններն իրենք են ասում, թե մենք պետք է լծի տակ լինենք: Բայց ախր հասկանալի է, որ դա իշխանությունները չեն ասում, այլ Մհեր Սեդրակյանը:
Իսկ ինչու՞ նույն հարցը չտրվեց նույն իշխանությունների ոմն ինտելեկտուալ ներկայացուցչի, նույնիսկ մասնագետի, ով մասնագիտական բացատրություն կտար, վերլուծություն կաներ, կներկայացներ երևույթի բոլոր կողմերը, հնարավորությունները և ռիսկերը: Որովհետև դա հետաքրքիր չէր լինի, նման խնդիր դրված չէր: Խնդիրը ևս մեկ անհարկի աղմուկն էր և խնդիրը լուծվեց:
Ինչևէ, իշխանություններն, իմ կարծիքով, այս ամենից պետք է դաս քաղեն և ինչ-որ ձևով կարգավորեն այն հարցը, որ Մհեր Սեդրակյանի և Առաքել Մովսիսյանի նմաններն այսուհետ պարզապես չտան հարցազրույց լրագրողներին, որովհետև նրանց յուրաքանչյուր չմտածված բառ, անհեթեթ արտահայտություն ի վնաս իրենց է լինելու, իսկ մտածված բառեր և ոչ անհեթեթ արտահայտություններ չասելու հավանականությունն այդ մարդկանց մոտ գրեթե զրոյական է: Կամ էլ վերջիվերջո, պետք է հասկանան, որ նման պատգամավորներ ԱԺ-ում ընդհանրապես չպետք է լինեն և ժամանակն է այդ ուղղությամբ քայլեր ձեռնարկել:
