«Ես կենաց չե՛մ ասելու...

Արցախի մասին այսօր մեկ բան կարող եմ ասել․

Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահին և հայ զինվորներին, վերջիններիս շնորհիվ Արցախի այս մի փոքրիկ հատվածը դեռևս մնացել է հայկական։
Չնայած մեծ դժվարությունների` արցախցիները այսօր շարունակում են ապրել և հույսով եմ միշտ կապրեն իրենց հողում:

Սիրելի՛ արցախցիներ, մի՛ ընկեք մոլորության մեջ, ոչ ոքի մի՛ լսեք,  ամուր կանգնեք Ռուսաստանի կողքին: Դա միակ փրկությունն է այս բարդ աշխարհաքաղաքական տարածաշրջանում` հայկականը պահելու և շարունակելու․․

Սադամ Հուսեյնին կախած, Մուբարաքին 《բանտախցում》 սպանած, Քադաֆիին «սամասուդ» արած Արևմուտքը հարձակվեց Ասադի վրա, բայց Ասաադը հավատալով Ռուսաստանի նախագահին՝ ամուր պահելով սեփական իշխանությունն ու սեփական ժողովրդին, երկրին  ծառայելու կամքը, փաստացի այսօր կայուն է` հավատքը Ռուսաստանին, փրկեց սեփական պետությունը կործանումից։

Վերջինս լավ օրինակ է, ինչպես կարելի է ունենալ կամք սեփական երկիրն ու ժողովուրդը պաշտպանելու, քաղաքական հեռատեսություն ունենալու, ճիշտ աշխարհաքաղաքական գործընկեր ընտրել`  արդյունքում փրկել  սեփական պետությունն ու ժողովուրդը»:
