«Ապրելու Երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
 
Երևանի խորհրդանիշներից մեկն է վերացվում, ջնջվում մայրաքաղաքից, աղավաղվում քաղաքի դիմագիծը։ Կառավարության որոշմամբ, առանց մրցույթի օտարվում է «Հայփոստի» շենքը, որը քանդվելու է։ Լուրն իմանալուց հետո մեզ անընդհատ ահազանգում և դիմում են մեր համակիրները, հարազատ մայրաքաղաքով մտահոգված երևանցիները։ «Հայփոստը շարունակում է մնալ անարդյունավետ հիմնարկ» արտահայտության հեղինակին և դրա ջատագովներին մի քանի պարզ հարցադրում.
 
Ի՞նչ և ինչպիսի՞ կառավարման արդյունքում է «Հայփոստը» դարձել այնպիսին, ինչպիսին՝ բնորոշում եք։
 
Եթե շենքն ունի խնդիր, ապա ինչու՞ և ինչպես է հասել այդ վիճակին, ինչու՞ մինչև հիմա չեն իրականացվել համապատասխան կանխարգելիչ աշխատանքներ, չի ցուցաբերվել հետևողականություն, ինչու՞ չեն վերացվել տեխնիկական խնդիրները։
 
«Հայփոստի» շենքը Սարյան փողոցի խորհրդանիշերից ու կոլորիտային էլեմենտներից է. միթե՞ չկա այն ոչ թե քանդելու (ինչպես անում եք բոլոր խորհրդանիշերի դեպքում) այլ վերականգնելու և վերաիմաստավորելու տարբերակ։
 
Շենքն ուղիղ կապ ունի Երևանի ամենահին ու պատմական Կոնդ թաղամասի հետ, և այդ տարածքում որևէ տեսակի շինարարական փոփոխություն պետք է դիտարկել միայն ու միայն Կոնդի վերակառուցման նախագծի շրջանակում։ Այս մասին հիշու՞մ եք։
 
Սարյան փողոցը զբոսաշրջիկների ամենասիրելի վայրերից մեկն է, որտեղ նրանք սիրում են քայլել, ժամանակ վայելել, զգալ Երևանի շունչը։ Շենքը գտնվում է քաղաքի ամենաբանուկ հատվածներից մեկում, որտեղ օրվա բոլոր ժամերին ակտիվ երթևեկություն է, բացի դա՝ շենքը երևանյան բուլվարներից մեկի տարածքում է, որտեղ հազարավոր մարդիկ են զբոսնում։ Արդյո՞ք հաշվի եք առել այն փաստը, որ այդտեղ շինարարություն սկսելու դեպքում փողոցում, մեղմ ասած, դառնալու է անհնարին շարժվելը, իսկ ահա տեսարանը, որն ապահովում է կառույցը, ամբողջությամբ փոխվելու և անհասկանալի է դառնալու։
 
Հերթական անգամ ձեր անձնական ցանկություններին, բիզնես շահին ու միլիարդավոր գումարներին ստորադասվում են արժեքները։ Այս ամենն այլ կերպ բնորոշել քան վանդալիզմ, հնարավոր չէ։
