Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը մնում է իր սկզբունքային դիրքորոշմանն Աղդամի հարցով

«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի» համակարգող, նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը պարզաբանել է Աղդամով հումանիտար բեռներ ստանալու տեղեկությունը և իր և իր համակարգային ճակատի դիրքորոշումը։ Նշելով, որ արդեն երրորդ ամիսն է, ինչ Արցախում լիակատար շրջափակում է ընթանում, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նշել է, թե Ադրբեջանը միջազգային հանրությանը հեքիաթներ է պատմում, որ պատրաստ է հումանիտար օգնություն ուղարկել, եթե դա իրականացվի Աղդամի ճանապարհով։ Ըստ Վարդանյանի՝ այս հարցում Արցախում երեք դիրքորոշում կա. առաջինը բացել ճանապարհը և պայմանավորվել ադրբեջանցիների հետ, ինչպես անում է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սամվել Բաբայանը, նախկին իշխանություններն ասում են, թե համաձայն չեն Աղդամի ճանապարհի օգտագործմանը, սակայն իրականում անում էին հակառակը, Արցախի նոր իշխանութոյւնները, ըստ նախկին պետնախարարի, չվախեցան հայտարարել, որ մեկ անգամյա սիմվոլիկ ակցիան կթույլատրեն, եթե դրանից հետո բացվի Բերձորի ճանապարհը, իսկ ռուս խաղաղապահները, «Կարմիր խաչը», միջազգային կազմակերպությունները կարողանան անսահմանափակ քանակությամբ ապրանքներ ներկրել։

Ըստ էության հենց Ադրբեջանն է հրաժարվել կատարել պայմանավորվածությունները։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նշում է, որ երեք տարբեր մոտեցումների վերաբերյալ էլ կարող են լինել տարբեր կարծիքներ, սակայն ըստ էության, բոլոր որոշումներն ու պայմանավորվածությունները չեն իրականացվում հենց Ադրբեջանի կողմից։

Անձամբ իր մասով, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նաև պարզաբանել է ստեղծված իրավիճակը, հիշեցրել, որ դեռ 1,5 ամիս առաջ Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի ակտիվիստները փակել էին Ասկերանի ճանապարհը և թույլ չէին տալիս Ադրբեջանից հումանիտար բեռի մուտքը։ «Որպես Ռուբեն Վարդանյան, ես շատ կոշտ դիրքորոշում ունեմ, թե ինչ պետք է անել, բայց որպես ճակատի համակարգող նշում ենք, որ կարմիր գիծը խախտվել է, եթե Ադրբեջանից սիմվոլիկ մեկ մեքենա է մտնում, ապա պետք է Բերձորի միջանցքով սահմանափակ բեռնափոխադրումներ թույլատրվեն»,-հայտարարել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը՝ նշելով, որ Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատը կարծում է, որ Ադրբեջանից որևէ ադրբեջանական մեքենայի մուտքն անթույլատրելի է։

Ըստ էության, այս կերպ Վարդանյանն ամրապնդում է իր սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումն այս հարցում։ Նշենք, որ երեկվանից հետո Փաշինյանական քարոզչամեքենան հարձակվել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի վրա՝ նշելով, թե նրա նախկին ու ներկա դիրքորոշումները չեն համապատասխանում իրար։
