«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հաշվի առնելով պատվաստումների կարևորությունը և արդյունավետությունը վարակիչ հիվանդությունների կանխարգելման գործում՝ առողջապահության նախարարությունն ընդունել է Պատվաստումների ազգային օրացույցում նոր պատվաստանյութերի ներդրման ռազմավարություն: Կառավարության 2020 թ. դեկտեմբերի 17-ի թիվ 2129-Ն որոշմամբ նախատեսվում էր Պատվաստումների ազգային օրացույցում 2022 թ.-ից ապահովել ջրծաղիկի դեմ պատվաստումների փուլային ներդրումը, սակայն նոր պատվաստանյութերի ներդրումը, բացի պատվաստանյութերի ձեռքբերման խնդիրներից, պահանջում է նաև բնակչությանն ուղղված սոցիալական մոբիլիզացման, բուժաշխատողների վերապատրաստման, ծրագրի կառավարման, սառցային շղթայի նոր սարքավորումների ներդրման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ:

COVID-19 համավարակի պայմաններում Հայաստանում դիտվել է առողջապահական համակարգի գերծանրաբեռնվածություն, որի պայմաններում, ըստ նախարարության, հնարավոր չէր լիարժեք իրականացնել ջրծաղիկի դեմ պատվաստումների ներդրման համար անհրաժեշտ նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ: Ուստի նախատեսվում է ջրծաղիկի դեմ պատվաստումների ներդրումն իրականացնել 2024 թ.-ից: Ամբողջ աշխարհում շարունակվում է COVID-19-ի մուտացիոն գործընթացը, բարձրանում է ռիսկի խմբերում հիվանդության ծանր ձևերի ու մահվան դեպքերի առաջացման հավանականությունը։ Այս համատեքստում Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունն առաջարկում է COVID19-ի դեմ պատվաստումների իրականացման նոր ճանապարհային քարտեզ: Անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել COVID-19-ի դեմ պատվաստումները ներառել Պատվաստումների ազգային օրացույցում՝ ռիսկի խմբերի շրջանում:

Հայաստանում վիրուսային հեպատիտ Ա-ի դեմ պատվաստումները նախատեսված են 15-16 տարեկան նախազորակոչային տարիքի անձանց համար, նրանց թիվը վերջին տարիներին աճում է: Առաջարկվում է կատարել համապատասխան փոփոխություններ Պատվաստումների ազգային օրացույցում և նախազորակոչային տարիքի անձանց շրջանում վիրուսային հեպատիտ Ա-ի դեմ պատվաստումներ իրականացնել 1 դեղաչափ սխեմայով: Այսպիսով՝ նախատեսվում է ջրծաղիկի դեմ պատվաստումները ներդնել Պատվաստումների ազգային օրացույցում՝ սահմանված ժամկետներում, COVID-19-ի դեմ պատվաստումները՝ ռիսկի խմբերի շրջանում, վիրուսային հեպատիտ Ա-ի դեմ պատվաստումներն իրականացնել 1 դեղաչափ սխեմայով:
