Տաթև Հայրապետյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է. «Հանրային տիրույթում շատ տարածված է ձևաչափերի հարցի քննարկումը։ Շատերը նախընտրում են արևմտյան ձևաչափերը, շատերը՝ փնովում ռուսականը, ոմանք՝ խիստ վերապահումով են մոտենում «3+3» ձևաչափին, բայց ինձ համար դա շատ արհեստական դիսկուրս է։ Իհարկե, կարևոր է, թե միջնորդներն ինչ շահեր ունեն ու թե որքանով են դրանք համահունչ մեր շահերին։ Բայց ամենից կարևորն այն է, թե ինչպես է ներկայացվում մեր շահը՝ ինչ բովանդակությամբ, փաստարկներով ու ծրագրով։ Մինչ օրս հանրային տիրույթում իշխանական պաշտպանները շարունակում են մեղավորներ փնտրել դրսում՝ Արցախի իշխանության, ռուսների կամ այլոց տեսքով։ Իհարկե, յուրաքանչյուրի վերաբերյալ էլ կարելի է փորձել մաքսիմալ օբյեկտիվ քննադատություն հնչեցնել։

Բայց կա փաստ՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունը՝ հանձին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, վերընտրվելով 2021 թվական խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում, հանդես է եկել ծրագրով՝ ըստ որի պաշտպանելու էր Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը։ Ամիսներ անց իշխանությունը հրաժարվել է իր և՛ նախընտրական, և՛ կառավարության ծրագրից, որդեգրել՝ «նշաձողի իջեցման» վտանգավոր քաղաքականություն։

Հետագայում Փաշինյանը նույն արևմտյան ձևաչափերով Արցախը ու նաև ՀՀ-ն Վրաստանին ու Իրանին կապող ճանապարհների վրա առկա ստրատեգիական նշանակության հատվածները ճանաչել է Ադրբեջանի մաս՝ դիմացը ստանալով ոչինչ, բացարձակ ոչինչ, բացի ագրեսիայից ու նոր կորուստներից։ Արդյունքում միջազգային կոնսեսուսի հետևանքով Արցախը հայափաթվել է։ Հիմա էլ Ադրբեջանը նոր պահանջներ է ներկայացնում։ Այսինքն՝ խնդիրը ՀՀ իշխանություների վարած պարտվողական ու հանձնվողական քաղաքականության մեջ է։ Մնացածը ածանցյալ կամ նպաստող գործոններ են։
Եթե մեր իշխանությունը հրաժարվել է սպասարկել ՀՀ շահը, ասացեք՝ ինչպե՞ս կարող է անգամ բարեկամաբար տրամադրված միջնորդը նպաստել որևէ ձևաչափում մեր հաջողությանը։ Իհարկե, չի կարող։

Ունի՞ Հայաստանը ելքեր։ Իհարկե, ունի, անգամ այս ծանր վիճակում ունի։

Բայց Փաշինյանի ու նրա թիմի վարքը հիշեցնում է իրավիճակ, երբ, պատկերացրեք, հիվանդը պատահաբար ընտրել է մի ձախողակ ու անգրագետ բժիշկ իրեն բուժելու համար, բժիշկը հիվանդին հասցնում է ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակի, իսկ երբ այլ՝ ավելի պրոֆեսիոնալ բժիշկներ ասում են թող միջամտենք, կա փրկություն, ասում է՝ ոչ, ինձ է ընտրել, ես էլ կշարունակեմ բուժման կուրսը, որն ի վերջո սպանելու է հիվանդին։ Հենց այդ տրամաբանությամբ էլ իշխանությունները օր օրի նվազեցնում են Հայաստանի վերականգման ու իրավիճակի հաղթահարման շանսերը։

Ես վերջերս շատ եմ նման զուգահեռներ անցկացնում՝ բերելով ավելի պարզ օրինակներ։ Նպատակս այն է, որ մարդիկ հասկանան՝ մեր խնդիրը մեր իշխանության մեջ է։ Նրանք ՀՀ շահը չեն սպասարկում, թե ումն են սպասարկում, իրենք կիմանան, բայց մի բան հաստատ գիտեմ, եթե նույն համառությամբ Փաշինյանը պայքարեր Ադրբեջանի դեմ, ինչպես պայքարեց նախկինների ու Արցախի դեմ, վստահորեն մենք այլ իրավիճակ կունենայինք՝ անկախ ձևաչափերից ու միջնորդներից․․․»։
