Ակբա բանկն acba digital հարթակում ներդրել է բիոմետրիկ նույնականացման համակարգ, որը
թույլ է տալիս հաշված րոպեների ընթացքում դառնալ Ակբա բանկի հաճախորդ՝ առանց բանկ այցելելու։


Նույնականացումն իրականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է acba digital հավելվածի միջոցով
ընդամենը սկանավորել անձնագիրը կամ ID քարտը, ինչպես նաև անցնել դեմքի կենսաչափական
տվյալների (բիոմետրիկ) նույնականացում/ «սելֆի», որից հետո օգտատերը հնարավորություն կունենա
օգտվել acba digital-ի բոլոր հնարավորություններից. բացել հաշիվ, ներդնել ավանդ, ստանալ վարկ,
կատարել փոխանցումներ ու վճարումներ և այլն։


Բիոմետրիկ նույնականացման համակարգի ներդրմամբ Ակբա բանկն էլ ավելի է ավելացրել
ֆինանսական ծառայությունների հասանելիությունը և հարմարավետությունը: Այս տեխնոլոգիական
նորամուծության շնորհիվ բանկի հաճախորդ կարելի է դառնալ և բանկային ծառայություններ ստանալ
անկախ օրվա ժամից, գտնվելու վայրից կամ մասնաճյուղային ցանցի առկայությունից։
