Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

2018 թվականին Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած հայտնի իրադարձություններից հետո, այսօրվա իշխանությունն ինչ անուն ասես չդրեց բանակին, նրա ունեցած սպառազինությանը, զինվորականներին:
Այն տեխնիկան ու սպառազինությունը, որով 2020 թվականին ու դրանից հետո մարտեր էր վարվում, անունը դրեցին «մետաղի ջարդոն»` փորձելով արդարացնել սեփական տապալումն ու թշնամուն մեծաքանակ զինտեխնիկայի հանձնումը:
 
Սերժ Սարգսյանը որպես կանոն իր` պաշտպանության նախարար կամ նախագահ եղած ժամանակահատվածներում արձանագրված ռազմական հաջողությունների ու մատակարարումների մասին շատ քիչ է խոսել ու խոսում, ինչից օգտվելով այսօրվա որոշ իշխանական գործիչներ, փամփուշտն ու արկն իրարից չտարբերելով, խոսում են նախկինում եղած խնդիրներից ու այսօրվա «աննախադեպ» հաջողություններից:
 
Փաստ է, որ մինչև 2018 թվականը, ինչ ու որտեղից փորձել ենք զենք-զինամթերք գնել` գրեթե ամբողջությամբ այդ գործարքները կայացել են, ըստ այդմ` մատակարարումներն արվել է, դեռ չեմ խոսում անվճար ռազմատեխնիկական ծրագրերի մասին:
 
Ու մի բան էլ` պարտության խորհրդանիշ և թշնամուն զենք հանձնող փաշինյանական իշխանությունը քաղաքական ու բարոյական իրավունք չունի խոսել նույն թշնամուց զենք խլած ու հաղթանակ տարած գործիչների ու մարտիկների մասին:
 
Ռազմական բյուջեի որոշ նրբերանգների մասին Սերժ Սարգսյանի այսօրվա մանրամասն դիտարկումներին ավելացնելու բան չկա, միայն կասեմ, որ իր պատասխանատվության շրջանի մասին նախագահը շատ համեստ ներկայացրեց, բայց դրա մասին մեկ այլ առիթով:
