Հինգշաբթի Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ էլեկտրաէներգիայի երկու անջատում է տեղի ունեցել, ինչը կարող է պաշտոն արժենալ Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանի համար։ Առանց այն էլ վերջինս լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի գործող իշխանության կազմում, բազմիցս արժանացել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քննադատությանը, իսկ էլեկտրաէներգիայի խափանումն ուղիղ եթերում, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անձամբ վարում էր կառավարության նիստը, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, դարձել է համբերության վերջին կաթիլը։

Անջատումներից հետո Փաշինյանն իր զայրույթն էր արտահայտել, նշել, թե Հայաստանում հոսանքի հետ կապված խնդիր կա, նաև հիշեցրել, որ Տարածքային կառավարման նախարարին բազմիցս տեղեկացրել է, որ վարչապետի աշխատակազմում լույսերն անընդհատ թարթում են։ Իհարկե, Սանոսյանը փորձել էր կմկմալով մեկնաբանել, և մեղքը գցել «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի» վրա, մինչդեռ կառավարությունից ճշտել են, որ խնդիրն ամենևին էլ էլեկտրացանցերի հետ կապված չի եղել, այլ հենց կառավարության շենքում իրականացված վատ վերանորոգման աշխատանքների։

Վերանորոգման աշխատանքները, որոնք իրականացվում են Տարածքային կառավարման նախարարության վերահսկողության ներքո, չափազանց վատ են արվել, չնայած գործող վարչախումբն արդեն մի քանի անգամ վերանորոգում իրականացրել է կառավարության շենքում և հսկայական գումարներ վատնել այդ միջոցների համար։

Իսկապես, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, Փաշինյանը բազմիցս Գնել Սանոսյանին զգուշացումներ է տվել կատարված աշխատանքների վատ որակի մասին, Սանոսյանը, սակայն, առանձնապես ջանքեր չի գործադրել խնդիրները կարգավորելու համար՝ գցելով ականջի հետև, և այժմ Փաշինյանը մտադիր է անպայման նրան փոխարինել, իսկ Սանոսյանին ուղարկել շատ ավելի ցածր պաշտոնի։ Թե ո՞վ կզբաղեցնի Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի պաշտոնը հայտնի չէ։ Փաշինյանը մի քանի թեկնածու ունի։ Մասնավորապես շրջանառվում էր Երևանի առաջին փոխքաղաքապետ Արմեն Փամբուխչյանի անունը, սակայն Փաշինայնը որոշել է նրան չհանել Երևանի ավագանու կազմից և թողնել վերահսկելու Տիգրան Ավինյանին, իսկ Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար նշանակել բոլորովին այլ անձի։
