Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցուցակներ է գրում, թե ում է առաջիկայում հեռացնելու պաշտոնից և որ համայնքապետին են անվստահություն հայտնելու կամ էլ պարտադրելու հրաժարական ներկայացնել։

Արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների պատրաստվող Փաշինյանը վստահաբար հրաշալի տիապետում է իրավիճակին ողջ հանրապետությունով մեկ։ Գիտի, թե որ համայնքում որքան ձայն կարող է ստանալ արդար միջոցներով և որքան ձայն վարչական ռեսուրսի չարաշահմամամբ։ Տեղերում վարչական ռեսուրսի մի մասը գտնվում է համայնքապետերի ձեռքին, որոնց մեծամասնությունը իհարկե «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունից են, կամ այլևս ընդդիմադիր, կամ այլևս նախկին ընդդիմադիր համայնքապետեր, որոնք ժամանակին պայքար են մղել փաշինյանական իշխանության դեմ, սակայն այսօր դարձել են այդ իշխանության հլու կամակատարները։ Նույնիսկ այդ անձանց Փաշինյանն առանձնապես չի վստահում և պարտադրում է հրաժարական ներկայացնել՝ նրանց փոխարեն ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար նշանակելով իր որևէ կողմանկցի, իսկ արտահերթ ընտրություններով զավթելու այդ համայնքները։

Բացի այդ արևմտյան որոշ պետությունների պահանջով վերադասավորումներ են իրականացվելու կառավարության կազմում, մասնավորապես Արևմուտքն առանձնապես հիացած չէ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի աշխատանքով, նրան համարում են համոզված ռուսամետ գործիչ և Փաշինյանին պարտադրում են հեռացնել Գրիգորյանին։ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի դեպքում նման վերապահումներ չկան։ Խաչատրյանը էկոնոմիկայի նախարար եղած ժամանակ էլ բավական ակտիվ համագործակցել է արևմտյան կազմակերպությունների հետ և նրա մասով Արևմուտքը կասկածներ չունի։

Թիրախի տակ են նաև էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանը, որին Արևմուտքը կասկածում է Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցները շրջանցելու հարցում Մոսկվային աջակցելու մեջ։ Առաջիկայում, թե՛ այս երկուսը, թե՛ մի քանի այլ նախարարներ հրաժեշտ են տալու իրենց պաշտոններին, իսկ նրանց փոխարեն կնշանակեն կա՛մ հասարակական սեկտորից, կա՛մ էլ ակնհայտ արևմտամետ դիրքորոշում ունեցող որևէ անձի։
