ՀՀ բյուջեյից մեծ գումարներ են ծախսվել հայ֊թուրքական սահմանային Մարգարա անցակետում մաքսատուն կառուցելու համար, փոխարենը զրո աշխատանքներ թուրքական կողմից։
Մինչդեռ, եթե կա հստակ պայմանավորվածություն սահմանը բացելու, ապա տրամաբանական էր նաև շինաշխատանքները թուրքիայի կողմից, հետևաբար կամ փաշինյանը բացարձակ չի տիրապետում բանակցություններին և իրավիճակին, կամ հերթական հավատարմության և պատրաստակամության ուխտն է կատարում դեպքերից առաջ անցնելով, մի բան հստակ է, թուրքական կողմը չի շտապում, սա էլ իր հերթին նշանակում է, որ <<խաղաղության և հաշտեցման>> ճանապարհին թուրքական պահանջները դեռևս հեռու է ամբողջապես կատարված լինելուց և միայն Արցախի հանձնումը դեռևս բավարար չի սահմանային անցակետ գործարկելուց, թեկուզ նախապես հայտարարվել էր, այն սպասարկելու է միայն երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիներին...
Հետևաբար, փաշինյանը Հայաստանը մասնատելու և հանձնելու գործում նույնպես չի տիրապետում հստակ ժամանակացույցին և ծրագրին, ավելին, նաև ընդամենը Հայաստանում թուրքական դրածո է, ում չեն վստահում...
