Лента Арутюна Хачатряна "Айк: побег", вошедшая в цикл "Бесконечный побег, бесконечное возвращение", удостоена главного приза МКФ в Турине (Италия) в категории "Лучший документальный фильм".
В конкурсную программу кинофестиваля в Турине, прошедшего 21-29 ноября, было включено 10 фильмов из США, Канады, Германии, Великобритании, и других стран.
Герой фильма Хачатряна - Айк, который из Армении уехал на Камчатку, а оттуда, спустя годы - в Москву. В судьбе Айка было много тяжелых моментов, и даже встреча с медведем, едва не стоившая ему жизни. Арутюн Хачатрян прослеживает его жизнь на протяжении 20-и с лишним лет - с 1988-го по 2012-ый.
Как признался Хачатрян на пресс-конференции 3 декабря, он чувствует себя скорее социологом, чем режиссером, поскольку поднимает в своих картинах актуальные социальные проблемы Армении. В их числе - проблема миграции, которая и стала главным "персонажем" его фильма.
Цикл "Бесконечный побег, бесконечное возвращение" объединит еще несколько картин. Второй по счету фильм будет посвящен автомеханику Левону, который 27 лет назад выиграл "Грин карту". Хачатрян снимал его жизнь в Америке каждые 7 лет раз. "Уверен, что посмотрев этот фильм, четыре человека из десяти раздумают уезжать из Армении в США",
- сказал он.
Так же, как и герой ленты "Айк: побег', Левон мечтает вернуться на родину. Однако, по убеждению режиссера, эта мечта так и останется неисполненной. "Уехать очень легко. Трудно вернуться", - заметил Хачатрян.
На данный момент фильм под рабочим названием "Левон: тупик" (или "Грин карта") находится на этапе монтажа. Хачатрян выразил надежду на то, что работы над картиной завершатся в начале будущего года. А в апреле 2015-го пройдет ретроспетива работ Арутюна Хачатряна в рамках Международного фестиваля документального кино Visions du Reel в Нионе (Швейцария).
Добавим, что в 2013-ом за "Бесконечный побег, бесконечное возвращение" Арутюн Хачатрян был удостоен Национальной кинопремии Армении в категориях "Лучший документальный фильм" и "Лучший режиссер". На МКФ в Косово картина была отмечена специальным призом жюри.
