Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.
Գուցե արտաքուստ, ուղղակի կամ անմիջական կապ գոյություն չունի անցյալ շաբաթ խորհրդարանում կատարված երեք իրադարձությունների միջև: Բայց դրանց գոնե ենթագիտակցական կապն ակնհայտ է, տեսանելի, որովհետև բոլոր զարգացումները կատարվում են քաղաքական նույն տարածքում, միջավայրում՝ միևնույն հերոսների և դերակատարների մասնակցությամբ:
Պատահական չէ,որ նախագահին պաշտոնանկ անելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախաձեռնությունը ստորագրած երկու պատգամավորները՝ Ալեքսանդր Արզումանյանն ու Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը,Նիկոլի հետ միասին՝ այն յոթ խորհրդարանականների շարքերում էին, ովքեր դեմ քվեարկեցին ԵՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությանը: Նույն տրամաբանությամբ՝ պատահական չէ, որ այս երկու հարցում համերաշխ, միակարծիք ու ներդաշնակ էին իշխանությունն ու այսօրվա ընդդիմությունը:
Հենց սա է հայաստանյան ներքաղաքական կյանքի, պայքարի այսօրվա գլխավոր առանձնահատկությունը: Երկրի համար գլոբալ, առանցքային հարցերում չկա, բացակայում է որևէ բանավեճ, դիսկուրս, իշխանության ու հարթակային ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչների փաստարկները գրեթե նույնն են՝ մոտիվացիայի ու մտածողության առումով: Հենց այս պատճառով է,որ այսօրվա ընդդիմությունը Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականի մասին անընդհատ խոսում է, բայց գործնականում նրա պաշտոնանկությանը չի ձգտում,որովհետև համարում է, որ մեծ իմաստով, գլոբալ առումով, նախագահի ընտրած քաղաքականությունը, երկրի զարգացման հեռանկարը ճիշտ են, ու եթե նույնիսկ ընդդիմանալու խնդիր կա, ապա ոչ թե քաղաքականությանը, այլ դրա առանձին էպիզոդների, մարտավարությանը:
Այն երեքը, ովքեր պահանջում էին Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականը կամ այն յոթն, ովքեր ընդդիմանում էին Հայաստանի` եվրասիական ինտեգրացիային, ունեն դիրքորոշումներ, այլընտրանքային տեսակետներ, մոտիվացված քաղաքական վարքագիծ, բայց այս պահին նոր ընդդիմություն ձևավորել, խորհրդարանում եղանակ ստեղծել կամ հրապարակներում մարդիկ հավաքել չեն կարող: Նրանք չունեն ներքին քաղաքական համերաշխություն, մեկ թիմ չեն, եթե նույնիսկ այդպիսին լինեն, չունեն անհրաժեշտ մարդկային, կազմակերպչական, ֆինանսական ռեսուրսներ՝ նոր ընդդիմություն ձևավորելու, հասարակությանն այլընտրանք ու ընտրության հնարավորություն ընձեռելու համար:
Այդ երեք, յոթ պատգամավորներն ընդամենը կարող են բացահայտել իշխանության անորակությունը, ընդդիմության երկդեմությունը: Նրանք դա արեցին, ու ընտրողները տեսան, որ մեր խորհրդարանը նմանվել է ռուսական Պետդումային, որտեղ ձևականորեն նույնպես կա ընդդիմություն: Ասենք,կոմունիստները կամ լիբերալ-դեմոկրատները կարող են քննադատել «հակաժողովրդական իշխանությանը», բայց նրա հետ համերաշխ են գլոբալ հարցերում ու Պուտինի հրաժարականը ոչ միայն չեն պահանջի, այլ դեմ չեն լինի, որպեսզի սահմանադրությամբ նրան օժտեն միապետի լիազորություններով: Նույն, գրեթե նույն առաքելությունը մեր խորհրդարանում կատարում են ՀԱԿ-ն ու ԲՀԿ-ն:
Այ, իշխանությունն ու Եռյակի անդամ կուսակցություները մի հարցում կարող են կռվել, իրար «միս ուտել»: Նրանց համերաշխությունը վերանում է, երբ հարցը հասնում է փողեր ծախսելուն կամ բաժանելուն:
Բյուջեն միայն Հանրապետականինն է, ու նրանք կողմ քվեարկեցին դրան, մյուսները՝ դեմ: Բյուեջի շուրջ իշխանությունն ու ընդդիմությունը, անշուշտ, պետք է վիճեն, սակայն այդ տարակարծությունը պետք է տարբեր տեսլականների, պատկերացումների բախման հետևանք լինի: Այսօրվա իշխանության ու ընդդիմության կռիվը ոչ թե լավ բյուջե ունենալն է, այլ եղածը ծախսելու, մսխելու նկատմամբ իրավունք ձեռք բերելը:
