Լենա Նազարյանը պետք է հրապարակավ ներողություն խնդրի ինձնից․ ես հաղթել եմ դատարանում:
 
Կհիշեք՝ երկու տարի առաջ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից խոսում էի Աբովյանի դիահերձարանում գետնին շպրտված, պարկերի մեջ լցված դիակների մասին, ի պատասխան՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության ներկայացուցիչ, այդ ժամանակ Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Լենա Նազարյանը դիտավորյալ ինձ վիրավորեց։
 
Ես ամբիոնից առաջարկեցի ներողություն խնդրել, բայց վերջինս հրաժարվեց, ինչի արդյունքում ես գնացի դատական ճանապարհով։
 
Փաստաբանիս հետ երկու պահանջ էինք ներկայացրել դատարան՝ ներողություն խնդրելու պահանջ և դրամական փոխհատուցում։ Ի պատասխան՝ Լենա Նազարյանի փաստաբանը ներկայացրել էր իրավիճակը, որ իրենք վարկով են ապրում, ֆինանսապես ոչ այնքան լավ վիճակում են, հետևաբար չեն կարող շատ վճարել։ Այսպիսով՝ դատարանը, Լենա Նազարյանի սոցիալական վիճակը հաշվի առնելով, 1 միլիոն դրամի փոխարեն բավարարեց ընդամենը 300 հազար դրամի փոխհատուցում։
 
Դատական բոլոր ատյաններում մենք հաղթեցինք, ըստ որի՝ պետք է վիրավորանքի համար ներողություն խնդրի, բայց այսօրվա դրությամբ պատգամավոր Լենա Նազարյանը չի կատարում վճիռը արդեն 1 տարի։ Այսինքն՝ մենք գործ ունենք «беспредел»-ի հետ, երբ խորհրդարանի իշխանական պատգամավորը Հայաստանի դատական համակարգի կողմից կայացված, օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած վճիռը չի կատարում։
Իհարկե «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության համար սա նորություն չէ. կան այլ պատգամավորներ, ովքեր վճիռները չեն կատարում տարբեր գործերով…
 
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոսում էր դատական իշխանության անկախության, դատարանների դերի բարձրացման մասին, այնինչ՝ հենց իր թիմն է իրենց գործողություններով Հայաստանում նսեմացնում դատարանների դերը։
Դատական իշխանության նկատմամբ ամենամեծ անարգանքը ցուցաբերում է իշխանության ներկայացուցիչը, տվյալ դեպքում՝ Լենա Նազարյանը։
