ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր իգրան Աբրահամյանը գրում է․

«Ներքին Հանդում տեղի ունեցած վերջին ադրբեջանական սադրանքը քննարկումների առումով աստիճանաբար տեղափոխվեց հակառուսական բախումների դաշտ:

Նախ ԱԽՔ Արմեն Գրիգորյանը նշեց, որ ՌԴ-ն, ի տարբերություն ԵՄ դիտորդների, մուտք ունի Ներքին Հանդի հատված և չի կարողացել կանխել միջադեպը, որին արձագանքել է ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպանը, ով ասել է, որ «ռուս սահմանապահներն անմիջական դերակատարություն են ունեցել Ներքին Հանդում էսկալացիա թույլ չտալու գործում»:

ՌԴ դեսպանը ՀՀ իշխանությունների մեկնաբանությունը միակողմանի և անազնիվ է համարում:

Հայաստանի իշխանությունն առաջին իսկ օրվանից, Ռազմական ոստիկանության հաղորդագրությամբ, ապա Փաշինյանի մակարդակով, ըստ էության, իր վրա վերցրեց ողբերգական միջադեպի բռնկման մեղավորությունը, լեգիտիմացրեց ադրբեջանական հարվածները, որոնց հետևանքով 4 դիրքապահ զոհվեց, որևէ բան չարեց միջադեպերի` հետագայում կանխման համար, իսկ հիմա պատասխանատվությունն այլոց դաշտ հրելու ճանապարհ է ընտրել:

Հայ-ռուսական` թղթերի վրա մնացած դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների հարցը, մնում է օդում կախված, սա ակնհայտ երևում է և դրա մասին խոսում են և´ ՌԴ-ում, և´ ՀՀ-ում:

Մեծ թվով հարցերի համատեքստում պարզ էլ չէ, թե այս կամ իրավիճակում կողմերը ինչ պայմանավորվածություն ունեն և դրանց մասով կուլիսներում ինչ քննարկումներ են գնում, բայց փաստ է` երկկողմ հարաբերություններում ստեղծված իրավիճակը կարող է ծանր հետևանքներ ունենալ:

Մի շարք դեպքերում ինքս էլ ակնկալիք ունեցել եմ, որ ՌԴ-ն այս կամ այն իրավիճակում առավել գործուն դեր կստանձնի, սակայն երբ թեման դիտարկում ես ՀՀ-ից հնչող հայտարարությունների համատեքստում, պատկերը օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ առումով առավել հստակ է դառնում:

Համենայդեպս Ներքին Հանդի միջադեպում, եթե նույնիսկ ՌԴ-ն պատասխանատվության մաս ունի, ապա դա նվազագույն չափով է և անհամեմատելի այն ռազմական, դիվանագիտական, քարոզչական վարքագծի, որը դրսևորում է Հայաստանի իշխանությունը, իսկ Ադրբեջանի` որպես ագրեսորի քաղաքականության մասին, նույնիսկ չեմ էլ խոսի, որովհետև բոլոր առումներով մրցակցությունից դուրս է և նրա բոլոր քայլերն ուղղված են իրադրային լարվածության հրահրմանը»:
