Օրեր առաջ Արմավիրի մարզի Հայկաշեն գյուղում բնակիչների միջեւ սկսած վիճաբանությունն ավարտվել է կրակոցներով: Միջադեպի կիզակետում Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի «Մուսալեռ» մասնաճյուղի պատասխանատու Դանիել Կարապետյանն է եւ գյուղի բնակիչ Ատոմ Սարգսյանը: Պատճառը խնդրանքի մերժումն էր:

Ըստ գյուղում շրջանառվող լուրերի՝ Հայկաշեն գյուղը երկար ժամանակ է լուսավորության խնդիր ունի: Գյուղի բնակիչներից Ատոմ Սարգսյանը «Հայէլեկտրացանց»-ի «Մուսալեռ» մասնաճյուղի պատասխանատու Դանիել Կարապետյանի հետ քննարկել է, թե էլեկտրացանցերն այնքան շատ թիվ են հաշվիչների վրա գրում, դրա համար էլ գյուղը զրկված է լուսավորությունից: Արդյունքում տղամարդկանց մեջ վիճաբանություն է սկսել եւ այնքան է թեժացել, որ Ատոմը, հանելով իր մոտ եղած որսորդական զենքը, կրակել է Դանիելի ոտքերի ուղղությամբ:

Կրակոցից հետո փողոցում խուճապ է ստեղծվել, որից հետո Ատոմը Դանիելին թողնելով անօգնական վիճակում, դիմել է փախուստի: Ավելի ուշ Դանիելին շտապ տեղափոխել են Վաղարշապատի հիվանդանոց, որտեղ առաջին օգնությունը ցուցաբերելուց հետո էլ տեղափոխել են Երեւան:

Կատարվածի շուրջ «Ժողովուրդ»-ը զրուցեց «Հայէլցանցեր»-ի «Մուսալեռ» մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն Դավիթ Ղազինյանի հետ: Ըստ նրա' իր աշխատակիցն այս պատմության մեջ միանգամայն անմեղ է եղել. «Այն, որ ասում են, թե կատարվածը կապ ունի մեր ընկերության հետ, դրանք հերյուրանքներ են: Իմ ունեցած տեղեկություններով՝ միջադեպի պատճառները միանգամայն ուրիշ են: Կրկնում եմ՝ հաշվիչների հետ կապված որեւէ խնդիր չի եղել»:

Հարցին՝ միգուցե կատարվածն անձնական հողի վրա է եղել, Դավիթ Ղազինյանը պատասխանեց. «Չէ, անձնական հարց այստեղ եւս չկա: Լույսի հետ կապված հարց է եղել, բայց ընկերության գործունեության հետ կապ չունի: Դեպքի օրը եղել եմ Վաղարշապատի հիվանդանոցում: Այդքան լուրջ վնասվածք չէր ստացել, ոտքերն են վնասվել: Երբ Վաղարշապատի հիվանդանոցից տեղափոխեցին Երեւան, դեռ այցելության չեմ գնացել, բայց այսօր պատրաստվում եմ»:

Դավիթ Ղազինյանի պատմելով՝ ինքը 2007թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ից աշխատում է «Հայէլեկտրացանց»-ի «Մուսալեռ» մասնաճյուղում' որպես տնօրեն, ու սա առաջին լուրջ դեպքն էր, որին մասնակից է եղել իրենց ընկերության աշխատակիցը: Նա բացատրեց, որ միջադեպը չի առնչվում իր գործունեությանը, քանի որ դժգոհության սլաքն իրենց չպետք է ուղղվի: «Մենք ազգաբնակչությանը հոսանք ենք մատակարարում, բայց հաշվիչից դեպի տուն հոսանք մատակարարման հետ որեւէ կապ չունենք: Այսինքն՝ հաշվիչից դեպի տուն կամ գյուղական լուսավորության հարցը մեզ հետ չի առնչվում, մենք ի՞նչ կապ ունենք»,-տարակուսեց տնօրենը:
