Վոդոլացկին Հայաստանի համար ուկրաինական սցենար է կանխատեսել» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բողոքի ալիքով է բարձրացել, և նրա բողոքական բնույթը պահանջում է ինչոր գործողություն, նա չի կարող տեղում նստել, ուստի Հայաստանում զարգացող իրադարձությունները կարող են կրկնել Ուկրաինայի ճակատագիրը: Այդ մասին NSN-ին ասել է Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ գործերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ Վիկտոր Վոդոլացկին: Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը հայտարարել էր իր երկրի՝ Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու ցանկության մասին։ Նրա խոսքով, Երևանը պատրաստ է եվրաինտեգրման ճանապարհով գնալ։ Վոդոլացկին Հայաստանի նման որոշման մեջ տեսնում է նախկին նախագահ Պյոտր Պորոշենկոյի օրոք Ուկրաինայի ճակատագրի կրկնությունը:

«Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը Հայաստանի ժողովուրդը չէ: ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը Փաշինյանի մարդն է, որին նա բարձրացրել ու պաշտոնի է դրել, ուրեմն Սիմոնյանը կասի այն, ինչ իրեն թելադրեն ասել։ Փաշինյանն էլ ասում է միայն այն, ինչ իրեն են ասել, նրան ոսկու սարեր են խոստացել, ուստի, նա որոշել է միանգամից երկու աթոռի վրա նստել: Ես նույնիսկ չգիտեմ, թե հայ ժողովուրդը ինչպես կարձագանքի այս ամենին՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ շատ հայեր ապրում են Ռուսաստանում, ոմանք ունեն Ռուսաստանում ապրող բարեկամներ, շփումներ, ընկերություն, ընտանեկան բիզնեսներ և շատ ավելին, ինչը կապում է Ռուսաստանն ու Հայաստանը։ ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելով՝ այլ հարաբերություններ կլինեն երկրների, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Դրա պատճառով Հայաստանը շատ բան կկորցնի»,- ասել է NSN-ի զրուցակիցը։

«Փաշինյանը եկել է բողոքի ալիքով, նրա բողոքական բնույթը պահանջում է ինչ-որ գործողություն, նա չի կարող հանգիստ նստել, ուստի այն իրադարձությունները, որոնք կզարգանան Հայաստանում, ցավոք, կարող են կրկնել Ուկրաինայում եղածը։ Սա շատ վատ է մեզ համար, քանի որ Հայաստանի հետ ունենք երկարաժամկետ պայմանագրեր ու համաձայնագրեր։ Փաշինյանի ու Սիմոնյանի պատճառով այդ ամենը աղբարկղ նետելը սխալ է և անարդյունավետ։ Կարծում եմ, որ Հայաստանի ժողովուրդը նույնպես կցանկանա հասկանալ այն իրավիճակը, որը հիմա առկա է, որպեսզի բացասական հետևանքները կանխվեն»,- նշել է Վոդոլացկին։

«Մենք չենք կարող ազդել այս իրավիճակի վրա։ Կա Հայաստանի ղեկավար, նա է նման որոշում կայացնում, նույնը, ինչ ժամանակին արեց Պորոշենկոն՝ ստորագրելով ԵՄ-ին ու ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելու ցանկությունը։ Սրանից հետո անգլո-սաքսոնները նրան մղեցին եղբայրասպան պատերազմի։ Նույնը կլինի Փաշինյանի հետ: Մենք կարող ենք աշխատել միայն դիվանագիտական խողովակներով, համոզելով, որ դա կվնասի Հայաստանին»,- եզրափակել է Վոդոլացկին։
