«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Govoritmoskva.ru-ն «Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի պատմաբանը Հայաստանի «հակառուսական քայլերը» բացատրել է քաղաքացիներին ներքին խնդիրներից շեղելու ցանկությամբ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փորձում են պատրանք ստեղծել, թե իբր անվտանգության հարցեր են լուծում և նպաստում են հանրապետության երկարաժամկետ զարգացմանը։

«Խոսում է Մոսկվան» ռադիոկայանի եթերում նման կարծիք է հայտնել Համաշխարհային տնտեսության և միջազգային հարաբերությունների ինստիտուտի հետխորհրդային հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի ավագ գիտաշխատող Ստանիսլավ Պրիտչինը: «Հակառուսական քայլերի փաթեթով այս ամբողջ թոհուբոհի մեջ, որը նախ հայտարարում էր Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը, իսկ այժմ աստիճանաբար սկսում է գործնականում իրականացնել, օրինաչափ հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչո՞ւ է արվում այս ամենը։

Եվ կա այնպիսի զգացողություն, որ գործընթացն արդեն ինքնին արժեքավոր է Հայաստանի ղեկավարության համար, որովհետև դա թույլ է տալիս ուշադրությունը շեղելով նման բաների վրա՝ քայլ առ քայլ, կամաց-կամաց խզել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ, մարդկանց շեղել այն հսկայական թվով խնդիրներից, որոնց նրանք բախվում են։ Օրինակ են նույն Ղարաբաղից փախստականները, որոնցից ավելի քան 100 հազարը տեղափոխվել են Հայաստան, բայց պատշաճ աջակցություն կամ օգնություն չեն ստացել։ Դա բեռ է և՛ աշխատաշուկայի, և՛ բնակարանային շուկայի համար։ Ուր էլ որ նայես, Հայաստանը մի տոննա նման խնդիրներ ունի։

Բայց հիմա Հայաստանի ղեկավարության համար կարևոր է պատրանք ստեղծել, որ երկիրն ու երկրի ղեկավարությունն առաջին հերթին լուծում են Հայաստանի անվտանգության և երկարաժամկետ զարգացման կարևոր հրատապ խնդիրները։ Եվ հանկարծ պարզվում է, որ ռուս սահմանապահներն են խանգարում Հայաստանի այդ հեռահար նպատակներին։ Սա այնքան մեծ քաղաքական խաղ է, որը կարող է շատ անորոշ արդյունքներ ունենալ Հայաստանի համար», - ասել է պատմաբանը։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, Հայաստանը պահանջել է դադարեցնել ՌԴ ԱԴԾ-ի աշխատանքը «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում։ Հայաստանը նաև հայտարարել է իր արտաքին քաղաքականությունը դիվերսիֆիկացնելու մտադրության մասին։ Երևանն ունի «եվրոպական նկրտումներ», նշել է արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը։ Մինչ այդ էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոստովանել էր, որ Հայաստանը կարող է սառեցնել մասնակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին։
