1. Նկատի ունեցեք, որ մեծ սերը և մեծ հաջողությունը կապված

գիտակցությունը' չիմանալով, որ ենթագիտակցորեն մենք այլ բան ենք ցանկանում: Պետք է սովորել լսել ներքին ձայնը:

վիճաբանությունը փչացնի ամուր ընկերությունը:
7. Եթե սխալվել եք, ապա արեք ամեն ինչ դա ուղղելու համար:
8. Երբեմն պետք է լսել ձեր ներքին ձայնին միայնության մեջ:
9. Զգացեք ձեզ ազատ, բայց մի անցեք սահմանները:
10. Հիշեք, որ երբեմն լռությունը ամենալավ պատասխանն է:
11. Ապրեք կյանքն արժանապատվորեն, որպեսզի ծերության ժամանակ ինչ-որ լավ բան ունենաք հիշելու:
12. Սիրելի միջավայրը ձեր կյանքի հիմքն է:
13. Վեճի ժամանակ խոսեք միայն ներկայի մասին, անցյալի մասին մի հիշեք – հենց վեճի ժամանակ է մեր գիտակցությունը մթագնում, երբ մենք ջղայնացած ենք, կորցնում ենք մեզ և չենք
կարողանում կառավարել մեր մտքերը: Մենք հենց այդ պահին
ենք խոցելի: Փորձենք
կառավարել մեզ, չվիրավորենք դիմացինին, գտնենք մեր սխալը և հանգիստ բացատրենք նրա սխալը: Հիշելով անցյալը' մենք
մեր դիմացինին դարձնում ենք ավելի ուժեղ, վիրավորելով նրան' վիրավորում ենք մեզ:
