Գործող իշխանություններն առաջիկայում Տավուշի մարզ նոր խմբեր են գործուղելու, որոնց առաքելությունը տեղի բնակչությանը համոզելն է լինելու, որ հետ կանգնեն 4 գյուղերն Ադրբեջանին փոխանցելու` գործող վարչախմբի ծրագրերի դեմ բողոքելու մտադրությունից։ Վերջին օրերին իշխանությունների հրահանգով և հովանավորությամբ տարբեր այդպիսի խմբեր, վարկաբեկված գործիչներ, քաղաքագետներ են ուղարկվում Ոսկեպար, Բաղանիս, Կիրանց և Տավուշի մարզի այլ հատվածներ՝ շոշափելու ժողովրդի տրամադրությունները։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը չափազանց դժգոհ է այդ այցերի արդյունքներից, ժողովուրդը հստակ հասկացրել է, որ չեն ենթարկվելու իշխանությունների պահանջներին և պայքարելու են իրենց հող ու ջրի համար։ Մի շարք դեպքերում, նույնիսկ, տարբեր դեմքերի պարզապես վտարել են Տավուշի մարզից՝ թույլ չտալով խոսել։ 
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն առաջիկայում  էլ հանդիպումների շարք է անցկացնելու իշխանությանը հավատարիմ փորձագետների, քաղաքագետների հետ և անձամբ է նրանց ներկայացնելու իր մոտեցումները ոչ միայն Տավուշի 4 գյուղերի հանձնման, այլև հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության այլ դրվագների վերաբերյալ, փորձելու է անձամբ հանձնարարականներ իջեցնել՝ տարբեր գործողություններ կատարելու հանրային տրամադրութունները հօգուտ իշխանության բեկելու նպատակով։
Նախօրեին կայացած մի այդպիսի հանդիպմանը Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե իրենց իշխանության վիճակը չափազանց ծանր է և գնալով վարկանիշը նվազում է։ Զգուշացրել է, որ իշխանազրկվելու դեպքում ոչ միայն ինքն է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվելու իր թիմի հետ, այլ նաև վերջին տարիներին իշխանության գովքը արած տարբեր կերպարներ։
