Մեր երկրում ամեն ինչ շատ ավելի լավ կարող էր լինել, եթե նախևառաջ ամեն մեկը պարզապես զբաղվեր իր գործով, այսինքն՝ այն գործով, որից գոնե գլուխ է հանում: Ուղղակի այդ դեպքում շատ բան պետք է տեղերով փոխվեր: Oրինակ` երկու բարձրագույն կրթություն ունեցող տաքսու վարորդը պետք է աշխատանք ստանար ըստ մասնագիտության, իսկ իրականում որևէ կրթություն չունեցող մի շարք պատգամավորներ պետք է վարորդ լինեին: Պատմաբանն էլ պետք է զբաղվեր մեր պատմության ուսումնասիրությամբ, քանի որ մեր պատմությունն այնքան է խճճված և այնքան վատ ներկայացված, որ վաղ անցյալի լուսավոր պահեր գտնելը և վերհանելը բնավ չէր խանգարի: Բայց դրա համար, ենթադրում եմ, որ անհրաժեշտ քանակությամբ պատմաբաններ չկան, քանի որ նրանցից ոմանք այլ գործով են զբաղված, օրինակ` մեկը Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետն է:
Թե ի՞նչ կապ ունի պատմաբանը սննդամթերքի անվտանգության հետ՝ դժվար է հասկանալը. միգուցե սննդամթերքն էլ է երբեմն «պատմական» լինում և այդ պատճով են պատմաբանի բերել...
Ինչևէ, փաստացի ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք, և ՍԱՊԾ նորանշանակ պետը՝ Արմեն Հայրապետյանը, աշխատում է: Աշխատում է կադրային փոփոխությունների ուղղությամբ, և ըստ մամուլի հրապարակումների՝ իր ծանոթներին ու բարեկամներին է ընդունում աշխատանքի, որոնց մեջ հավանաբար ամեն տեսակի մասնագետ կլինի, բացի սննդի անվտանգության մասնագետից: Օրինակ` առողջապահության նախկին նախարար Դերենիկ Դումանյանի որդին՝ մասնագիտությամբ թուրքագետ Արթուր Դումանյանը, կարող է դառնալ ՍԱՊԾ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար, այնինչ ևս մի քանի լավ թուրքագետ ունենալը մեզ այսօր չէր խանգարի, մանավանդ ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակին ընդառաջ: Մամլո խոսնակին էլ նորանշանակ պետը կարծես թե ազատելու է աշխատանքից և հավանաբար նրա փոխարեն խոսնակ կնշանակի իր որևէ բարեկամի, ով մասնագիտությամբ կարող է լինել գյուղատնտես, հնէաբան, դեղագործ կամ փականագործ, բայց ոչ լրագրող: Սա պնդում չէ, այլ ուղղակի ենթադրություն:
Հետո էլ ասում են, թե մեր երկիրը բնական ռեսուրսներ չունի, բայց դրա փոխարեն կարող է տալ լավ մասնագետներ: Իսկ միգուցե նախևառաջ սովորեն մասնագետներին ըստ մասնագիտությունների աշխատա՞նք տալ:
