Չի կարելի թույլ տալ, որ ԱՊՀ երկրների տեղեկատվական դաշտում օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ ատելության, այլատյացության և ռասիզմի մթնոլորտ ձևավորվի։ Այս մասին ապրիլի 12-ին Մինսկում կայացած ԱՊՀ-ի ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստում իր ելույթում հայտարարել է Տաջիկստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության ղեկավար Սիրոջիդին Մուխրիդդինը, հայտնում է avesta.tj կայքը։

Նախարարը ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն փաստի վրա, որ 2024 թվականի մարտի 22-ին Մոսկվայի մերձակայքում գտնվող Crocus City Hall համալիրում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչությունը հետաքննելիս Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության իրավապահ մարմինները պետք է պահպանեն միջազգային օրենքի նորմերն ու սկզբունքները, իրավական պահանջները, հատկապես անմեղության կանխավարկածի, կալանավորների նկատմամբ խոշտանգումների և դաժան վերաբերմունքի արգելման վերաբերյալ:

Նախարարը նաև նշել է, որ «անընդունելի է բաց տեղեկատվական դաշտում ահաբեկչական ակտի ենթադրյալ հեղինակներիվ բերման ենթարկման ցուցադրությունը՝ ֆիզիկական խեղման միջոցով նրանց նկատմամբ խոշտանգումների կիրառմամբ։

«Այս տարբերակով ձեռք բերված խոստովանությունների գինը բոլորին քաջ հայտնի է», - ասել նա։

Մուխրիդդինն ընդգծել է, որ «չմտածված տեղեկատվական արշավի արդյունքում բացասական ընկալում է ձևավորվում Տաջիկստանի քաղաքացիների և տաջիկների նկատմամբ, ինչն անընդունելի է»։
