«ՀայաՔվե» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունն օրեր առաջ տարածած հայտարարության մեջ նշել էր, որ իշխող վարչախումբը հրաժարվում է ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչումից` այն հարվածի տակ դնելով և մեր հայրենիքը փաստացի մաս-մաս վաճառքի հանելով։

Եվս մեկ անգամ շեշտում ենք, որ առանց համապարփակ խաղաղության պայմանագրի, սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման իրականացված աշխատանքների և դրանց հիման վրա ԱԺ-ի կողմից վավերացված փաստաթղթերի (դրանց սահմանադրականությունը պետք է հաստատվի նաև Սահմանադրական դատարանի կողմից)` չի կարելի իրականացնել զորքերի տեղաշարժ։

Ցանկացած մեկը՝ լինի պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը, ԶՈւ Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Էդվարդ Ասրյանը, 3-րդ բանակային զորամիավորման հրամանատար Ալեքսանդր Ցականյանը, թե այլ մեկը, եթե առանց ԱԺ-ի վավերացրած նմանատիպ փաստաթղթի` իրականացնի զորքերի նահանջ և սահմանների փոփոխություն, ենթարկվելու է անխուսափելի քրեական պատասխանատվության` որպես պետական դավաճանի:

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ ըստ Սահմանադրության 205-րդ հոդվածի` սահմանների ցանկացած փոփոխություն հնարավոր է միայն հանրաքվեի միջոցով: Ցանկացած միակողմանի զիջում քրեորեն պատժելի հանցանք է։

Ստեղծված պայմաններում ԱԺ բոլոր պատգամավորներին և խմբակցություններին կոչ ենք անում գործող վարչախմբի ղեկավարի նկատմամբ սկսել անվստահության գործընթաց` կանխելու սահմանների փոփոխությունը և տարածքների միակողմանի զիջումը, հակառակ դեպքում նրանք ևս պատասխանատվություն են կրելու այս իրավիճակի համար։

Միաժամանակ` ստեղծված աղետաբեր գործընթացի կանխման նպատակով կոչ ենք անում ընդդիմադիր բոլոր ուժերին՝ կուսակցություններին, կազմակերպություններին և ազդեցիկ անձանց, սկսել քննարկումներ, որոնց նպատակը պետք է լինի ջանքերի մեկտեղումն ընդդեմ այս թշնամական վարչախմբի:

«ՀայաՔվե» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը պատրաստ է դառնալ քննարկումների այդ հարթակը և առաջարկում է շահագրգիռ բոլոր ուժերին` համախմբվելու ու կանխելու ահագնացող աղետը։
