Ինչպես քիչ առաջ Orer.am-ին հայտնեց ԼՂՀ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 8-ին, ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում ադրբեջանական կողմից իրականացվել է հերթական դիվերսիոն գործողությունը, որի ժամանակ հակառակորդը ունեցել է մինչեւ 7, իսկ հայկական կողմը՝ մեկ զոհ:
Թե հայկական ուղղաթիռը խոցելուց հետո դիվերսիոն հարձակումն ի՞նչ քայլ է ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների կողմից, ճշտեցինք քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Շաքարյանցից. «Մենք պետք է այս հարցին հետադարձ հայացք նետենք: Տեսանք, որ ուղղաթիռը խոցելուց հետո մեր կողմը նախաձեռնել էր ռազմական հատուկ օպերացիա՝ մեր օդաչուների աճյուները հետ բերելու համար, որպեսզի համապատասխան մարմինների կողմից քրեական գործ հարուցվի: Բոլորս տեսանք ու համոզվեցինք, որ տվյալ օպերացիան հատուկ էր, ունիկալ ու եզակի, նմանատիպ գնահատականներ այս իրականացված գործողություններին տվել են բոլոր այն մարդիկ, ովքեր փորձել են ուսումնասիրել, թե ինչպես Արցախի Պաշտպանության Բանակի հատուկ նշանակության ջոկատները կարողացան այդ կերպ մաքրել տարածքը, չէ՞ որ մեկ ժամից ավել տղաները հավաքում էին ուղղաթիռի մասերն ու մեր տղաների աճյունները:
Նկատենք, որ սույն օպերացիան ուղղված չէր միայն աճյունները հետ բերելուն եւ հողին հանձնելուն, այլ այստեղ կային այլ հարցեր: Մեր կողմից սա նաեւ տակտիկական քայլ էր: Մենք կարողացանք ուղղել մարնտչող բանակների տարանջատիչ գիծը:
Տեսանք, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը երկար ժամանակ ժխտում էր այն փաստը, որ հայկական կողմը կարողացել էր անցկացնել նման օպերացիա: Նկատենք, որ հակառակորդ կողմը ներկայումս փորձում է հետ բերել կորցրածը: Մինչ ցրտերի ընկնելն ադրբեջանական կողմն անընդհատ պետք է փորձարկի հայակական կողմի զգոնությունն առաջնային գծում:
Այո՛, հնարավոր է, որ նման փորձերը նրանք ավելի հաճախակի դարձնեն, որովհետեւ իրենք զգում են, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների ներկայացուցիչները լավատեղյակ են մեր կողմից իրականացված օպերացիայից: Վերջին հաշվով որքա՞ն ժամանակ ադրբեջանական կողմը պետք է սեփական հասարակությունից թաքցնի իրականացված գործողությունների մասին տեղեկությունները: Չնայած ուղղաթիռի խոցվելը մեզ համար ողբերգություն էր, սակայն մեր կողմից իրականացված օպերացիան հերթական անգամ ապացուցեց Ադրբեջանի պարտությունը: Ադրբեջանը ո՛չ միայն ռազմականապես, այլ նաեւ քաղաքականապես պատություն կրեց: Իսկ հիմա զրոյից անգամ մեկ աստիճան բարձր հաջողություն գրանցելը նրանց շատ է հարկավոր, որպեսզի ներկայացնեն, թե տեսեք-տեսեք ինչ ենք նախաձեռնել իրականում, մենք ենք վերահսկում իրավիճակը: Սա ցուցադրական քայլ է ադրբեջանական զինվորականության եւ ժողովրդի համար: Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների մի հատվածում կա դժգոհություն, որը փորձում են նման քայլերով շտկել: Նրանք փորձում են ապացուցել, որ Ալիեւի վարչակազմը եւ նրա կողմից ընտրված զինվորականները շատ ավելի խիզախ են ու հերոսական, քան իրականում կան»:
Մեր այն հարցադրմանը, թե արդյո՞ք ադրբեջանական հերթական դիվերսիոն հարձակումը՝ խոցված ուղղաթիռի դեպքերի հետ կապված, միջազգային հանրության եւ համապատասխան կառույցների կողմից մեղմ ասած լռության հետեւանք է, քաղաքագետը պատասխանեց. « Այո, եւ՛ միջազգային կառույցների, եւ՛ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների փորձի պատճառով է իրականանում այն, ինչ այսօր տեսնում ենք, քանի որ գրեթե միշտ ինչ-որ հավասարության նշան է դրվում կողմերի միջեւ, ինչ-որ կոչեր են արվում, որոնք ուղղված են լինում բոլոր կողմերին: Այստեղ հարց է առաջանում, մի՞թե չեն իմանում, որ խաղաղության կոչը պետք է ուղղված լինի դեպի Ադրբեջանը, քանի որ իրականում եւ՛ պատերազմի նախաձեռնողը, եւ՛ բոլոր մյուս իրադարձությունների պատասխանատուն Ադրբեջանն է: Հրադադարի խախտման դեպքեր, դեռ 1994 թվականից այ կողմ, իրականացնում է Ադրբեջանը, այլ ո՛չ թե Հայաստանը »:
