«Բելառուսի նախագահի Ադրբեջան կատարած այցի ֆոնին, ՔՊ ղեկավարը ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկու երկրներին լուրջ մեղադրանք ներկայացրեց` մեղադրելով ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի նախապատրաստման ու աջակցման մեջ:

Արցախի օկուպացված շրջաններ կատարած այցի շրջանակներում Լուկաշենկոն մի շարք խնդրահարույց և հակահայ հայտարարություններ արեց, Ալիևին էլ կարգեց տարածաշրջանային առաջնորդ:

Այն, որ Բելառուսի նախագահը, մեղմ ասած, անընդունելի մեծ թվով հայտարարություններ է արել` նաև նախկինում, դրա մասին շատերը գիտեն, բայց դրանք այս աստիճանի երբեք չէին հասել:

Անընդունելի և անթույլատրելի հայտարարություններ, որոնք լուրջ վնաս են հասցնում երկու ժողովուրդներին:

Եթե խնդիր ունեք Հայաստանում գործող իշխանության հետ, ապա դրանք չպետք է վնասեն մեր ժողովուրդներին ու մեր ունեցած ավանդական կապերին, սակայն ճիշտ հակառակն է տեղի ունենում:

Կրկնում եմ` Բելառուսը կարող է թեման տանել իր հասցեին ուղղվող մեղադրանքների կամ ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի ու Լուկաշենկոյի հիմնական ընդդիմադրի հետ ոչ ֆորմալ հանդիպման դաշտ, բայց ստեղծված իրավիճակն ու փոխադարձ գործողությունները և հայտարարությունները հիմնականում վտանգում են երկու ժողովուրդների միջև ձևավորված բարեկամական կապերը:

ՀԱՊԿ երկրորդ թիրախը, որի մասին ՔՊ ղեկավարն ակնարկեց, ենթադրաբար ՌԴ-ն է, որի թեման տարբեր համատեքստերում հնչեցնում են իշխանական դեմքերը, ինչի հետևանքներ դեռ երկար զգացնել կտա»:
