Արևային մարտկոցներ արտադրող չինական Jinko Solar ընկերությունը մշակել է տանդեմ արևային մարտկոց, որը սահմանում է արևային էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետության նոր ռեկորդ՝ հասնելով 33,24% արդյունքի: Այս մասին գրված է ընկերության պաշտոնական կայքում, գրում է Focus.ua-ն։

Չինական գիտությունների ակադեմիայի Շանհայի միկրոհամակարգերի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ինստիտուտում անցկացված փորձարկումների արդյունքում այդ արևային բջիջները հասել են «տպավորիչ փոխակերպման արդյունավետության»՝ 33,24%-ի: Jinko Solar-ի նույն տեսակի տանդեմային բջիջների նախորդ ռեկորդը եղել էր 32,33%:

Հաղորդվում է, որ ռեկորդային ցուցանիշը ձեռք է բերվել տարբեր նյութերի և տեխնոլոգիական նորարարությունների միջոցով, այդ թվում` գերբարակ պոլիսիլիցիումային պասիվացված կոնտակտային տեխնոլոգիայի, լույսի թակարդման նոր տեխնոլոգիայի,  լույսի բարձր հաղորդունակության և կրիչի շարժունակության վերահամակցման շերտի և հիբրիդային նյութերի օգտագործմամբ մակերեսային պասիվացման նոր տեխնոլոգիայի շնորհիվ: Որպես նոր բջիջի ստորին տարր օգտագործվել է բարձր արդյունավետ TOPCon N տիպի միաբյուրեղ արևային մարտկոցը:

«Այս նշանակալից առաջընթացն ավելի է ընդգծում JinkoSolar-ի վճռականությունը շարունակաբար խախտելու հնրարավորությունների վերին սահմանները տեխնոլոգիական նորարարության հզոր ներուժի միջով», - ասել է ընկերության գլխավոր տեխնոլոգիական տնօրեն Ջին Հաոնը:

Իր հերթին փորձագետ և «Արագացնելով մաքուր էներգիայի փոխակերպումը Միացյալ Նահանգներում» գրքի հեղինակ Չակ Քաթչերը CNET պորտալին տված մեկնաբանությունում նշել է, որ նոր տարրերի փորձարկման արդյունքները չեն կարող համեմատվել ներկայումս առկա կոմերցիոն վահանակների իրական արդյունավետության հետ, հատկապես երբ դրանք օգտագործում են բոլորովին այլ տեխնոլոգիաներ։ Jinko Solar-ի տանդեմային արևային մարտկոցները դեռ այնքան երկար չեն օգտագործվել, որպեսզի գնահատվի դրանց երկարակեցությունը:

Չակ Քաթչերը նաև բացատրել է, որ Jinko Solar-ի տանդեմային վահանակն աշխատում է արեգակնային սպեկտրի մի մասը վերին շերտից կլանելով, մինչդեռ մոնոբյուրեղային սիլիցիումի շերտը կլանում է արեգակնային սպեկտրի մյուս մասը։ Երկու տարբեր բջիջների միավորումը, որոնք հավաքում են արեգակնային ալիքի սպեկտրի տարբեր մասեր, արդյունավետությունը բարելավելու վաղուց հաստատված միջոց է, բայց դա ավելի թանկ է, քան սպառողական վահանակներին բնորոշ միաբջիջ կառուցվածքը:

«Միշտ հիանալի է տեսնել տարբեր տեսակի արևային մարտկոցների արդյունավետության նոր ռեկորդներ, բայց նոր բջիջները որոշ ժամանակ են պահանջում հաջող առևտրային արտադրանքի վերածվելու համար, և հաճախ նման անցում չի լինում», - ասել է փորձագետը:
