Միջազգային շուկայում մրցունակ «Նաիրիտ» ստեղծելու համար անհրաժեշտ են ֆինանսական և մենեջերական ահռելի ներդրումներ:
Երեկ «Նաիրիտ» գործարանի աշխատակիցները հավաքվել էին կառավորության շենքի դիմաց: Նրանք պահանջում էին պետությունից 18 ամսվա աշխատավարձերի փոխհատուցում:
Այս հարցը թերևս բավականին երկար պատմություն ունի և բոլորիս համար էլ ցանկալի կլինի, որպեսզի ինչ որ ճանապարհով նաիրիտցիները ստանան իրենց հասանելիք գումարը:
«Նաիրիտ» գործարանի միայն 10%-ն է պետական սեփականություն, իսկ մնացած 90%-ը մասնավոր է: Գումարի փոխհատուցման համար առաջին անգամը չէ, որ վերջիններս դիմում են կառավարությանը: Գործադիրն արդեն մի քանի անգամ, տարբեր պետական կառույցների միջոցներով կատարել էր փոխհատուցումներ, սակայն դա շարունակական բնույթ չէր կարող կրել, քանի որ Նաիրիտը որպես կառույց անարդյունավետ է: Տեսեք, այսօր նրա արտադրանքը այլևս մրցունակ չէ միջազգային հարթակում, իսկ վերականգման համար անհրաժեշտ են ահռելի ներդրումներ:
Ու՞մ պետք է ուղղեն պահանջները:
«Նաիրիտի» տնօրեն Ռուբեն Սաղաթելյանը չորս տարի է, ինչ անվճարունակ ճանաչվելով չի կարողանում հոգալ գործարանի ծախսերը: Այս մասին հենց ինքը` գործարանի տնօրենը դեռևս չորս տարի առաջ էր հայտարարել: Ի՞նչ է ստացվում, Նաիրիտցիները իրենց կամքով չորս տարի շարունակ աշխատել են, քաջ գիտակցելով, որ «Նաիրիտն» այլևս զարգացման հեռանկարներ չունի: Միանշանակ հասկանալի է, նրանց պատրաստակամությունն առ այն, որ կարող են ստեղծել այնպիսի արտադրանք, որը կգրավի միջազգային շուկան:
Սա միայն տեսական պատկերացումներ են: Բոլորն էլ լավ հասկանում էին, որ գործնականում դա անիրատեսական է: Եվ հարց է առաջանում, ինչու՞ էին շարունակում մնալ գործարանում: Եթե Նաիրիտում աշխատում էին այնպիսի մասնագետներ, որոնք կարողանալու էին արտադրանքը դուրս բերել միջազգային շուկա և այն մրցունակ դարձնել (իսկ դրա համար պահանջվում են բարձր մասնագիտական հմտություններ և նման մասնագետները մրցունակ են ամենուր), ապա ինչու՞ դուրս չէին գալիս և աշխատանքի անցնում այլ խոշոր կազմակերպություններում:
