Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին հրավիրել է՝ մասնակցելու Բաքվում նոյեմբերին կայանալիք COP29 գագաթնաժողովին։ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը Շուշիում կայացած համաժողովում հայտարարել է, թե պաշտոնական հրավերն արդեն ուղարկել են Հայաստան, սպասում են ՀՀ կառավարության պատասխանին։

Պնդելով, որ խաղաղության պայմանագրի հասնելու համար հարկավոր է փոխել Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը՝ Հաջիևն ասել է, որ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին առաջարկել է համաձայնեցնել խաղաղության պայմանագրի հիմնարար սկզբունքները նախքան լայնածավալ պայմանագրի կնքումը։

«Այդ սկզբունքների ներդաշնակեցումը կարող է բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ հաստատել երկու երկրների միջև», - ասել է ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյան` հավելելով, որ կողմերը դրանց շուրջ կարող են համաձայնության գալ մինչև նոյեմբերին Բաքվում կայանալիք COP29-ը։

Հայաստանից առայժմ չեն մեկնաբանում ոչ նոյեմբերին կայանալիք համաժողովին մասնակցելու, ոչ առաջարկվող փաստաթուղթը ստորագրելու հնարավորությունը։ «Հարցին անդրադարձ լինելու պարագայում կտեղեկացնենք»,- արձագանքել է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակը։

Ցանկացած պարագայում Բաքու մեկնելն ու ինչ-որ փաստաթուղթ տեղում ստորագրելը նվաստացուցիչ կլինի Հայաստանի համար։ Ադրբեջանն այդկերպ ցույց է տալու, որ Հայաստանը կապիտուլացվեց, այն էլ Բաքվում։ Իսկ նման զարգացումներից հետո արդեն նոր ռազմական էսկալացիա սկսելը խաղուպար է լինելու Ադրբեջանի համար։

Կգնա՞ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նման նվաստացման, Հայաստանի գլխին նոր վտանգներ բերելուն, բարդ է ասել։ Անցած իրողությունները վկայում են, որ Փաշինյանին մտահոգում է միայն սեփական աթոռը, և դեմ չի լինի այդ աթոռը պահել՝ ընդդհուպ Ադրբեջանի աջակցությամբ։
