ԴԻԱԼՈԳ կազմակերպությունը հանդես է եկել «Հայոց պատմություն» ակադեմիական բազմահատորյակը Մոսկվայում ռուսերենով տպագրելու նախաձեռնությամբ։ Այս մասին ԴԻԱԼՈԳ կազմակերպության նախագահ Յուրի Նավոյանը հայտարարել է ՀՀ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայում տեղի ունեցած քննարկմանը՝ նվիրված Հայաստանում և Սփյուռքում առկա գիտական ներուժի միջև համագործակցության խորացմանը։

Նա հայտնել է, որ այս նախաձեռնությունը նախապես քննարկել է ԳԱԱ Պատմության ինստիտուտի տնօրինության հետ, ապա այդ մասին պաշտոնական նամակով դիմել է Ակադեմիայի նախագահին։ ԴԻԱԼՈԳ կազմակերպության նախագահը այդ նամակը ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագահ, ակադեմիկոս Աշոտ Սաղյանին է փոխանցել հուլիսի 15-ին նրա հետ տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ։ Համարվում է, որ պատմության ակադեմիական բազմակատորյակը յուրաքանչյուր ժողովրդի և պետության այցեքարտերից մեկն է, քանի որ այն կոչված է ներկայացնելու ցանկացած երկրի միասնական և գիտականորեն ստուգված տարեգրությունը։

Յուրի Նավոյանը համոզված է, որ «Հայոց պատմություն» ակադեմիական բազմահատորյակը Մոսկվայում ռուսերենով հրատարակելը միջազգային լայն լսարանին կներկայացնի Հայաստանն ու հայ ժողովրդի բազմադարյա պատմությունը, ինչպես նաև կխթանի հայագիտական հետազոտությունները, կունենա ուսումնական և պատմա-լուսավորչական նշանակություն, կնպաստի պատմական կեղծարարության չեզոքացմանն ուղղված հետազոտությունների ստեղծմանը։ ԴԻԱԼՈԳ կազմակերպության նախաձեռնության իրագործումը լուրջ աջակցություն կհանդիսանա նաև ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Պատմության ինստիտուտին, որին վերապահված է «Հայոց պատմություն» բազմահատորյակի հայերեն և ռուսերեն տարբերակների ստեղծումն ու հրատարակումը։ Մինչ օրս ստեղծվել և հրատարակվել է ակադեմիական բազմահատորյակի հայերեն տարբերակի երեք հատոր։

Նշենք, որ ԴԻԱԼՈԳ կազմակերպությանը իրականացնում է «Գրքային դիվանագիտություն» ծրագիրը, որը ներառում է․ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն․ դաշնակցային փոխգործակցության 30 տարի» երկլեզու եռահատորյակի կազմումը և հրատարակումը, ԴԻԱԼՈԳ մատենաշարը, «Բիբլիո-գլոբուս» գրատան հայ-ռուսական ակումբի հիմնումը և գործունեությունը, «Լիտերատուրնայա Արմենիա» ամսագրի հովանավորությունը, առաջիկայում հայ մեծանուն կոմպոզիտոր Առնո Բաբաջանյանի ստեղծագործությունների 25 հատորոնոց ժողովածուի հրատարակումը։
