Ինչո՞ւ է Ալիևը պահանջում, որպեսզի լուծարվի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը, փոխվի ՀՀ սահմանադրությունը և Հայաստան վերադառնան սովետական ադրբեջանցիները:
ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ շարունակում է մնալ միակ պաշտոնական ձևաչափը, որն իրավասություն ունի ցանկանացծ պահի անդրադառնալ Արցախյան հիմնահարցին: Այսօր այն սառեցվել է ՌԴ, ԱՄՆ և Ֆրանսիայի ունեցած խորը հակադրությունների արդյունքում: Սակայն չի բացառվում, որ օրինակ, Թրամփի վերընտրությամբ այն վերագործարկվի և կրկին ստանձնի իր դերակատարումը: Բացի Ադրբեջանից, ո՛չ միջազգային հանրությունը, ո՛չ էլ կողմերից մեկը չի հայտարարել արցախյան հիմնախնդրի լուծված լինելու մասին: ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ կարող է առնվազն պահանջել և ապահովել միջազգային այնպիսի անվտանգային երաշխիքներ և այնպիսի իրավա-քաղաքական պայմաններ, որի պարագայում հնարավոր լինի ապահովել Արցախցիների վերադարձն իրենց հայրենի բնակավայրերը:
Մինսկի խումբը չի կարող լուծարվել առանց պաշտոնական Երևանի համաձայնության, հետևաբար Ալիևի հնչեցրած հերթական պահանջը, Հայաստանի թուլացած ու անկարող վիճակից առավելագույնը քամելու և արցախյան հարցը միջազգային մակարդակում վերջնականապես փակելու նպատակ ունի:
Ալիևը հասկանում է, որ որոշ հետո, հայ ժողովուրդը չի հաշտվելու Բաքվի և Նիկոլի համատեղ ծրագրված ռազմա-քաղաքական ավանտյուրայի անարդար հետևանքների հետ: Ուստի պահանջում է նաև Հայաստանի սահմանադրության որոշ դրույթների փոփոխություն, որը կզրկի ՀՀ հաջորդ իշխանություններին և հայ ժողովրդին՝ արցախյան հիմնախնդրին անդրադառնալու, Հայոց Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման ու Հայաստանի անվտանգությունն ամրապնդելու իրավա-քաղաքական հիմքերից:
Սովետական ադրբեջանցիների՝ Հայաստան վերադառնալու պահանջով, Ալիևը փորձում է նախապես կանխել կամ առնվազն հակակշռել արցախցիների՝ Արցախ վերադառնալու հնարավոր միջազգային պահանջները:
Գլոբալ կոմունիկացիաները բացվելուց հետո, տարիներ անց Հայաստանը կարող է լավ դիրքեր ստանալ տարածաշրջանում և կրկին գործոն դառնալ: Այն չեզոքացնելու ճանապարհներից մեկն էլ ադրբեջանցիներին կրկին Հայաստան վերադարձնելն է: Նրանց միջոցով, թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմը կարող է իրականացնել հստակ մշակված դեմոգրաֆիական քաղաքականություն, տնտեսական ազդեցության լծակների ձեռքբերում, որն էլ ժամանակի ընթացքում կարող է հանգեցնել ՀՀ ներքաղաքական կյանքի վրա զգալի ազդեցության:
Ի տարբերություն մեզ՝ թուրքական քաղաքականությունը հեռատես է և երբեք չի դադարում պայքարը հայկական գործոնը Հարավային Կովկասից վերացնելու ուղղությամբ: Այդ քաղաքականությունն ակնառու էր նույնիսկ սովետական տարիներին հայաթափվող Նախիջևանում, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և սովետական Ադրբեջանի այլ հայաշատ շրջաններում:
Ալիևն ամեն կերպ պայքարում է Լևոն Տեր Պետրոսյանի, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և Սերժ Սարգսյանի ղեկավարած ինքնիշխան և զարգացող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ: Նա ցանկանում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի միջոցով և նրան օգտագործելով՝ մինչև վերջին շապիկը հանել Հայաստանի վրայից և մեր ժողովրդին դարձնել թուրքական գործոնից կախյալ շարքային սպառողական հասարակություն՝ զուրկ սեփական ինքնությունից ու ազգային նկարագրից:
