«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

rossaprimavera.ru-ն «Հայաստանը «թույլ խաղաքարտի» է վերածվել անդրկովկասյան խաղում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Արևմուտքի միջոցով Ադրբեջանից և Թուրքիայից պաշտպանվելու Հայաստանի հույսը կարող է հանգեցնել միայն հայերի կոտորածի, TVC ալիքի «Իմանալու իրավունք» հաղորդաշարի եթերում ասել է քաղաքագետ, վերլուծաբան, «Ժամանակի էություն» շարժման առաջնորդ Սերգեյ Կուրղինյանը։

«Եթե կայսրություն չլինի (ԽՍՀՄ), ապա Հայաստանը կկոտորվի կա՛մ թուրքերի, կա՛մ պարսիկների կողմից։ Նա այլ ճանապարհ չունի։ Եվ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դա կլինեն թուրքերը։ Փաշինյանը հենց դրան է տանում: «Արևմուտքի պաշտպանություն» արտահայտությունն ամենակարճ անեկդոտն է հայոց պատմությունը իմացող մարդու համար: Արևմուտքը երբեք չի պաշտպանել և չի պաշտպանի Հայաստանը: Կարելի է ինչքան ասես հույս դնել Ամերիկայի կամ Ֆրանսիայի վրա, իրենց գործն է... Ջինսերով կօգնեն, բայց կոտորածի համար էլ կօրհնեն»,- նկատել է Սերգեյ Կուրղինյանը։

Քաղաքագետը պարզաբանել է, որ խոշորագույն կորպորացիաները, այդ թվում՝ «Բրիթիշ Փեթրոլիումը», շատ ավելի շահագրգռված են Ադրբեջանի, քան Հայաստանի հետ երկխոսությամբ, ընդ որում՝ Հայաստանը ոչինչ չունի Արևմուտքին առաջարկելու, բացի իր Սփյուռքից: Սերգեյ Կուրղինյանը նաև հիշեցրել է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն, ըստ էության, ժխտում է հայոց պատմության նշանակությունը։ «Նա սա է ասում. «Դարձյալ ուզում եք հիշել Վարդանանքը և խոսել դրա մասին, ինչ-որ պատմական Հայաստանի մասին, չկա պատմական Հայաստան, կա իրական Հայաստան, որը ուզում է ուտել ու լավ ապրել։ Եվ ես դրա ներկայացուցիչն եմ»»,- Հայաստանի ներկայիս ղեկավարի դիրքորոշումն է ուրվագծել Սերգեյ Կուրղինյանը։

«Ժամանակի էությունը» շարժման առաջնորդը բացատրել է, որ երբ մարդիկ ուզում են միայն ուտել և լավ ապրել, ապա դա «վերջանում է ցեղասպանությամբ»։ Քաղաքագետը պարզաբանել է, որ տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների պատճառով «Հայաստանն այժմ երկիմաստ և թույլ խաղաքարտեր է ներկայացնում անդրկովկասյան խաղում»։ Նա նշել է, որ Իրանի ներկայացուցիչներն ասում են, թե Անդրկովկասում սահմանների ցանկացած փոփոխության դեպքում իրանական զորքերն են Հայաստան մտցվելու, որպեսզի կանխեն այդ տարածքը գրավելու Թուրքիայի փորձերը։ Քաղաքագետը պարզաբանել է, որ, ի վերջո, Հայաստանի ճակատագիրը որոշվելու է ոչ թե իր, այլ տարածաշրջանային մյուս խաղացողների կողմից:
